The Lake McDonald Lodge Historic District is a historic district in Glacier National Park in the U.S. state of Montana. It comprises the Lake McDonald Lodge and surrounding structures on the shores of Lake McDonald. It is centered on the main lodge, which was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987, as well as surrounding guest cabins, dormitory buildings, employee residences, utility buildings, and retail structures. The district includes several privately owned inholding structures that are contributing structures, as well as a number of non-contributing buildings.

Stratford Springs, located near Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, US, is a nationally recognized historic district called the Wheeling Country Club. The country club operated from this location until 1980 when it moved to its present facilities. The district includes four contributing buildings; the former Club House (1902), Franzheim Bungalow, the former Pro and Caddy House, and the former Servant's Residence. The former clubhouse was designed by noted Wheeling architect Frederick F. Faris (1870-1927). The historic district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
Pence Springs is an unincorporated community in Summers County, West Virginia, United States. It lies along the Greenbrier River to the east of the city of Hinton, the county seat of Summers County. Its elevation is 1,539 feet, and it is located at 37°40′41″N80°43′30″W. Although it is unincorporated, it had a post office, with the ZIP code of 24962 until it was closed in October 2011.

The original Hinton Historic District is bordered roughly by the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad line, James Street, 5th Avenue, and Roundhouse. The boundary increase extended the district to include Mill Street. It encompasses 212 contributing buildings, one contributing structure, and two contributing objects. They include the business and commercial core of Hinton and surrounding residential areas. The buildings are largely two and three story with first floor commercial activities with offices and apartments above. Many of the buildings feature stone trim and some have cast iron store fronts. Residential buildings are representative of popular late 19th- and early 20th-century architectural styles. Notable buildings include the Wagon Wheel Restaurant (1876), Summers County Library, R.R. Flanagan Building, Lowe Furniture Company Building, former National Bank of Summers building, O. Ike Keaton residence, Bluestone Tire Company building, C&O Railway Passenger Station, Y.M.C.A., First Baptist Church (1913), Hotel McCreery, Ewart-Miller Building, McCreery / Palmer residence, Carnegie Library, Summers County Jail (1870s), and U.S. Post Office. Located in the district is the separately listed Summers County Courthouse.
Salt Sulphur Springs Historic District is a national historic district located at Salt Sulphur Springs, near Union, West Virginia, Monroe County, West Virginia. The district includes seven contributing buildings, three contributing sites, and two contributing structures related to the Old Salt Sulphur Springs Resort or "Old Salt." Notable properties include the Old Stone Hotel, Episcopal Chapel, Stone Store Building (1820), Stone Bath House (1820), Stone Spring House, Sweet Sulphur Springs Site, Salt Sulphur Spring, and Iodine Spring (1838). It is the area's most significant collection of native limestone buildings.

It encompasses 85 contributing buildings and two contributing structures covering eleven square blocks. The district includes the commercial, ecclesiastical, and civic core of the town and surrounding residential area. The district includes a number of buildings representative of popular architectural styles from the late-19th century and early-20th century including Romanesque Revival, Colonial Revival, Gothic Revival, and Greek Revival. Notable buildings include the Braxton County Courthouse (1881-1882) and Jail (1905), Sutton Bank Building (1891), Farmers Bank and Trust (1909), Bank of Sutton, Methodist Episcopal Church, South (1896), Kelly / Fisher House. Elk / Midway Hotel (1894), and Katie B. Frame Residence. The two structures are the Bridge over Old Woman Run (1892) and Bridge over Elk (1930).
Downtown Huntington Historic District is a national historic district located at Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. The original district encompassed 59 contributing buildings; the boundary increase added 53 more contributing buildings. It includes the central business district of Huntington, and includes several of its municipal and governmental buildings. It contains the majority of the historic concentration of downtown commercial buildings. Notable buildings include the Huntington City Hall, Johnson Memorial Church (c.1886/1912/1935), Trinity Episcopal Church (1882), Davis Opera House, Love Hardware Building, Reuschleins Jewelry building (1923), the Newcomb Building, the Morrison Building (1919), Keith-Albee Theater (1928), West Virginia Building, and Gideon Building. Located in the district are the separately listed Carnegie Public Library, Cabell County Courthouse, U.S. Post Office and Court House, and Campbell-Hicks House.

Chester Springs Historic District, also known as The Old Art School, Orphan's School, Yellow Springs Spa, and Good News Buildings, is a national historic district located in West Pikeland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 7 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, and 1 contributing structure in the spa community of Chester Springs. The district includes the old hotel and inn, two large residences, a bath house at one end of the springs, and a studio. It also includes a wooden summer house that enclosed the iron springs. The property was the site of a hospital commissioned by the Continental Congress and built in 1777. The three-story, 106 feet by 36 feet wide building burned in 1902, was reconstructed, then burned again in the 1960s. The Yellow Springs resort operated in the early-mid 19th century and many of the buildings date from that period.
New Castle Historic District is a national historic district located at New Castle in Craig County, Virginia, United States. It encompasses 111 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 1 contributing object in the central business district and surrounding residential areas of New Castle. The focal point of the district is the Craig County Courthouse. It was built about 1850, and is a temple-form structure with shallow gable roof, a two-story tetrastyle Greek Doric order portico and wooden hexagonal cupola. Associated with the courthouse is the sheriff's house and old jail. Other notable buildings include the Central Hotel, First National Bank Building, Layman Insurance Agency building, Givens-McCartney House (1837), Caldwell-Berger-Lamb House, Bank of New Castle, Farmers and Merchants (F&M) Bank of Craig County (1917-1920), Wagener Brothers Store, Bill Caldwell General Store, George W. Craft, New Castle Methodist Episcopal Church, and Masonic Temple (1940).

The district encompasses 17 contributing buildings including the Gloucester County government buildings and those structures bordering the square, housing private businesses, offices and residences. The courthouse was built about 1766, and is a one-story, "T"-shaped brick structure with a hipped roof. Other notable buildings include the Botetourt Hotel ; the Botetourt Lodge; W. C. Tucker's Department Store Building; S and S Hobbies; and the Kearn's Real Estate storage house.

Black Horse Tavern-Bellvue Hotel and Office is a historic inn and tavern complex located at Hollins, Roanoke County, Virginia. The complex consists of the Black Horse Tavern, the Greek Revival style Bellvue Hotel and the temple-fronted, Greek Revival style brick Office. Other contributing resources on the property include a spring house and a shed. The Black Horse Tavern is a simple, one story, three-bay log structure. The Bellvue Hotel is a two-story, five-bay, brick structure with a central-passage, double-pile plan. The office is a simple, one-story, one-bay brick structure. It features a wide frieze band and a front portico with a pedimented gable supported by squared Doric order columns. The buildings housed a school for physically and mentally handicapped children and the property became known as Bellevue School during the mid-20Ih century. The school closed in 1976, and the buildings house a single family residence.
Folly Castle Historic District, also known as the West Washington Street Historic District, is a national historic district located at Petersburg, Virginia. The district includes 189 contributing buildings and 1 contributing object located in a predominantly residential section of Petersburg. It includes a varied collection of late 18th-and 19th-century houses and includes notable examples of Late Victorian, Georgian, Italianate, Queen Anne, and Federal style architecture. Notable buildings include Folly Castle / Peter Jones V residence, McIlwaine-Friend residence (1856-1858), Rambout-Donnan residence, former Petersburg High School (1917-1918), Donnan House, First Baptist Church (1928), Couch House (1850s), and St. John's Episcopal Church (1897). Located in the district and separately listed are the Second Presbyterian Church and Strawberry Hill.

The district encompasses 20 contributing buildings built between about 1900 and the late 1930s. Located in the district is the Forbes Motor Car Company (1919), Harper-Overland Company building (1921), Firestone Building (1929), Engine Company No. 10 Firehouse, and the Saunders Station Post Office (1937). The majority of the buildings are two-to-four stories in height and are composed of brick with stucco, stone and metal detailing. Located in the district is the separately listed The Coliseum-Duplex Envelope Company Building.
