The permanent representative of Barbados to the United Nations is in charge of the Barbados's diplomatic mission to the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, United States of America. The current office holder is Keith Hamilton Lewellyn Marshall. [1] Apart from the Barbados mission to the UN in New York, there is another Barbadian mission based at the UNO office in Geneva, Switzerland, and Nairobi, Kenya.

The ambassador and permanent representative of Australia to the United Nations is an officer of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the head of the Permanent Mission of the Commonwealth of Australia to the United Nations in New York. The position has the rank and status of an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary and is the lead Australian representative to the UN, although that role is also shared with representatives present at the United Nations Office in Geneva, the United Nations Office in Vienna and the United Nations Office at Nairobi, and the delegations to UNESCO and the United Nations Agencies in Rome. Australia is a charter member of the United Nations and has sent representatives to New York since 1946.

The Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations is the de facto Israel Ambassador to the United Nations, with the rank and status of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Yao Roland Kpotsra is a Togolese diplomat and politician. He was Togo's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 1996 to 2002 and again from 2007 to 2009; he was also Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2002 to 2003.

Munir Akram is a Pakistani diplomat currently serving for the second time as Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the United Nations. He had previously held the post from 2002 to 2008, during which time he also served two terms as President of the United Nations Security Council.
