Peter James Wicks (born 1 November 1988) is an English television personality who was a cast member on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex .

Life and career

Wicks was born on 1 November 1988 in Harlow, Essex. [1] [2] In 2015, Wicks joined the cast of The Only Way Is Essex for its fifteenth series. [3] [4] From 2016 to 2017, he was in a relationship with Ex on the Beach star Megan McKenna. [5]

In 2018, Wicks was a contestant on Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls . [6] [7] In 2019, Wicks appeared on the sixth series of Celebs Go Dating . [8] [9] He later returned to the series the following year during the COVID-19 pandemic to appear on Celebs Go Virtual Dating. [10] Later in 2020, Wicks was a contestant on Celebrity MasterChef . [11] [12] In April 2021, Wicks joined The Celebrity Circle alongside his friend Sam Thompson to play for money for charity by catfishing as Countdown presenter Rachel Riley. [13] They were runners-up of the series. [14] [15] In 2022, Wicks appeared on an episode of Tipping Point: Lucky Stars and appeared on the fourth series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins . [16] He was medically withdrawn due to injury. [17] He has also made guest appearances on television series including Joe Lycett's Got Your Back , [18] CelebAbility , [19] Sunday Brunch , [20] Celebrity Juice , [21] and Supermarket Sweep . [22] He appeared on Celebs Go Dating for his third time in 2022. [23] In 2023, Wicks participated in the Christmas edition of The Real Full Monty .

Since 2022, Wicks has been co-host of the podcast Staying Relevant with Sam Thompson. A live tour is due to take place in 2024.

In 2024, Wicks appeared on The Underdog: Josh Must Win [24] , aired on Channel 4 alongside Nick Grimshaw, Vicky Pattinson and Amber Rose Gill.

Celebs Go Dating is a British dating reality series. It began broadcasting on 29 August 2016 on E4, with the first series having 15 episodes. Paul Carrick Brunson, Anna Williamson and Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn currently appear as the dating agents, with Tom Read Wilson as a client coordinator. Rob Beckett narrates the series. Following the conclusion of the eighth series, two special editions of Celebs Go Dating were commissioned due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on television: Celebs Go Virtual Dating and Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion. The series has since resumed its regular format.

<i>Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls</i> British reality television show

Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls is a spin-off series of The Island with Bear Grylls. It was first broadcast on Channel 4 as part of a charity campaign for Stand Up to Cancer UK in September 2016. The show has the same format as The Island with Bear Grylls, in which the participants are left on a remote uninhabited Pacific island with only limited water, some basic tools and training and are expected to find their own food, water and shelter. The celebrities however stayed on the island for a shorter period of two weeks. A second series began airing on 29 August 2017. The second series saw the celebrities stay on the island for a longer amount of time, four weeks.

Olivia Jade Attwood Dack is an English television personality, presenter and model. In 2017, she appeared on the third series of Love Island and later became a regular cast member on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex. In November 2022, she participated in the twenty-second series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! but withdrew on medical grounds two days after arriving. The twenty-first series of the British reality television programme The Only Way Is Essex was confirmed on 3 June 2015 when it was announced that it had renewed for at least a further six series, taking it up to 21 series. The series began on 10 September 2017 with the cast going to Marbella, and concluded after seventeen episodes on 5 November 2017, making it the second longest series to date after it was confirmed that the lengths of each series would be extended. Ahead of the series it was announced that James Argent would be returning to the series following his break from the show. It was also confirmed that after making brief appearances during the previous series, Lauren Pope and Mario Falcone would be returning to the series as a full-time cast member. With this announcement, it was revealed that Mike Hassini would also be returning to the series having previously left the show after the eighteenth series. Former cast member Elliott Wright also made an appearance during the second episode of the series, whilst Vas J Morgan also returned to the show mid-way through the series. This was also the first series to include new cast members Ruby Lacey and Taylor Barnett. Former cast member Danielle Armstrong also made a brief return to the series, appearing in the Halloween special episode airing on 29 October 2017. During the series it was announced that Carol Wright had quit the show. A further Essexmas episode aired on 17 December 2017.

The twenty-third series of the British reality television programme The Only Way Is Essex began airing on 2 September 2018 with an Italian special as the cast flew off to Sardinia. The series was confirmed on 21 December 2017, when it was announced that a further two series had been commissioned for 2018.

SAS: Who Dares Wins is a reality quasi-military training television programme broadcast by Channel 4 in the United Kingdom since 19 October 2015. There have been eight main series and five celebrity spin-off series.

Chloe Brockett is an English television personality. After moving to Chafford Hundred, Essex, at a young age, she began acting with various appearances in television advertisements. Whilst working as a hairdresser, she was cast in the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex in 2019. As well as appearing on the series, she has also made appearances on Dinner Date and Celebs Go Dating, as well as owning two businesses.

Georgia Louise Harrison is an English television personality.
