Pir Bolagh (Persian : پيربلاغ‎, also Romanized as Pīr Bolāgh; also known as Fir Bulāq and Pīr Bolāghī)^[1] is a village in Nowjeh Mehr Rural District, Siah Rud District, Jolfa County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 17, in 4 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Nowjeh Mehr Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Siah Rud District, Jolfa County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,716, in 867 families. The rural district has 23 villages.
