It's a popular hotspot in Singapore, especially at night, attracting trendy urban youth.

SM City Fairview is a large shopping mall in the Philippines owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings. It is located along Quirino Highway and Regalado Highway, Quezon City, Metro Manila. It opened on October 25, 1997. It is the third SM Supermall in Quezon City, after SM North EDSA and SM City Sta. Mesa. It has a land area of 202,000 square meters, a total gross floor area of 312,749 square meters (3,366,400 sq ft), making it the fifth largest SM Supermall within the country after SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Seaside City, and SM Mall of Asia as well as the sixth largest shopping mall in the Philippines, in terms of total floor area. Built at a cost of ₹7,500 million (US$90 million), the mall is spread over 1,750,000-square-foot (163,000 m2), including 900,000-square-foot (84,000 m2) of leasable (retail) area. The mall has 8 anchor tenants and 150 vanilla tenants.
Waterway Point is a suburban shopping mall located in the town centre of Punggol New Town, Singapore, next to Punggol MRT/LRT station. The mall was built as part of Punggol's first integrated waterfront residential and retail development, Watertown. It is the first mall in Singapore to be integrated with a town square and a visitors’ centre which provides an avenue for residents and the public to learn more about the heritage of Punggol through exhibitions and civic and community events. The mall had a soft launch on 18 January 2016, and was officially opened on 19 April that year.
Chinatown Point is a shopping mall located in Chinatown, Singapore next to Chinatown MRT station at the junction of New Bridge Road and Upper Cross Street. It is a mixed development which includes a 25-storey office tower located right above the mall. Constructed in the 1980s, the mall opened in 1990. From 2011 to 2012, the mall underwent renovations after a change in the management. It held its soft core launch in year-end 2012 and was fully operational in the 2nd quarter of 2013.
