Polynucleobacter difficilis is an aerobic, catalase- and oxidase-positive, chemo-organotrophic, nonmotile, freshwater bacterium of the genus Polynucleobacter , isolated from the Lake Sevan from a depth of 60 m in Armenia. [2] [3] [4]
