Port Penn Historic District is a national historic district located at Port Penn, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 48 contributing buildings and 5 contributing sites in the original eight block town plan and one block 19th century extension of Port Penn. The earliest building is the Dr. David Stewart House, dated to 1755. Notable buildings include the Bunlap, or Bendler House (1790s), the Cleaver-Hall House, Eaton House, Presbyterian Parsonage, T. Cleaver House, S. Carpenter House (bef. 1830), Port Penn School, "Linden Hall" (late 1840s ), Commodore's House, Jackson House (c. 1810), Presbyterian Church, Joseph Cleaver House (c. 1835), and St. Daniel's Methodist Church. The historic structures date from 1835 to the 1950s and include the Tioga County Court House (1835), Arcadia Theater (1924), First Presbyterian Church (1894), Green Free Library, Penn-Wells Hotel, First Presbyterian Church (1894), St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1899), United Methodist Church of Wellsboro (1905), and Wellsboro Diner (1939). Three previously listed properties are also included: the Robinson House, Jesse Robinson House, and Wellsboro Armory.

The district encompasses 111 contributing buildings, 5 contributing sites, and 8 contributing objects in the county seat of Cumberland County, Virginia. It includes the governmental core of the village and the residential, commercial, educational, and religious resources that have grown up around the courthouse since Cumberland's designation as the county seat in 1777. The district includes 205 contributing buildings in the central business district of Wheeling. It includes the site of the original location of Fort Henry. The buildings are representative of a number of popular architectural styles from the early-19th century through the present including Greek Revival and Late Victorian. Cleaver House is a historic house and farm located to the west of Port Penn, New Castle County, Delaware, about one mile east of US 13 and Biddles Corner. The house was built about 1816, and is a two-story, seven-bay, gable-roofed farm dwelling built in three different sections. The three bay, center brick section is the oldest. Attached to the east is a two bay brick section, making it a five bay center hall dwelling, and to the west a 1+1⁄2-story frame kitchen wing. The house measures 61 feet long by 17 feet wide.
Ashton Historic District is a national historic district located near Port Penn, New Castle County, Delaware, United States. It encompasses six contributing buildings associated with an original settler and his immediate descendants on early land grant in St. Georges Hundred. The three structures associated with the early occupation are the Robert Ashton House, the Joseph Ashton House, and the John Ashton House. The Robert Ashton House, probably the earliest of the group, is a frame, five-bay, single-pile, gambrel-roofed building with shed-roofed dormers. The Joseph Ashton House, consists of an early-18th-century two-story, three-bay, hall-and-parlor-plan brick structure with a late-18th or early-19th century brick wing. The John Ashton House, consists of a brick, early-18th century two-story, three-bay, hall-and-parlor-plan house with a frame wing.

Columbus Historic District is a national historic district located at Columbus, Bartholomew County, Indiana, United States. It encompasses 574 contributing buildings and 1 contributing sites in the central business district and surrounding residential areas of Columbus. It was developed between about 1850 and 1930, and includes notable examples of Federal and Italianate style architecture. A number of commercial buildings feature locally manufactured cast iron and pressed metal components. Located in the district are the separately listed Bartholomew County Courthouse, Columbus City Hall, and First Christian Church. The Park-to-Park Residential Historic District in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. The historic district is located to the north of the Downtown Commercial Historic District, generally between Central Park on the west and Old Settler's Park on the east. Both parks are contributing sites. For the most part the district is made up of single family homes built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Some of these homes were built as rental properties, while others became so in later years. The Albright House and the Chief Justice Joseph M. Beck House are contributing properties, and they are also individually listed on the National Register. There are also duplexes and a few small scale apartment buildings in the district.
The Downtown Rawlins Historic District comprises the historic center of Rawlins, Wyoming. It comprises the area between Second and Sixth Streets and Front to Buffalo Streets and along 5th Street between West Spruce and West Cedar. The town owes much of its living to the Union Pacific Railway, which took advantage of spring in the Rawlins area to establish services there.

The district encompasses 46 contributing buildings in the central business district of West Plains. It developed between about 1881 and 1950 and includes representative examples of Italianate, Queen Anne, Romanesque Revival, Late Gothic Revival, and Art Deco style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed Elledge Arcade Buildings, W. J. and Ed Smith Building, and West Plains Bank Building. Other notable buildings include the IOOF Building #2, First Presbyterian Church, Howell County Courthouse (1937), Aid Hardware Building (1914-1915), W. N. Evans Building, J. R. The Clinton Historic District is a 175-acre (71 ha) historic district encompassing much of the town of Clinton in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 28, 1995, for its significance in architecture, commerce, engineering, industry and exploration/settlement. The district includes 270 contributing buildings, one contributing structure, and three contributing sites. Five were previously listed on the NRHP individually: Dunham's Mill, M. C. Mulligan & Sons Quarry, Music Hall, Old Grandin Library, and Red Mill.
