Pseudoxanthomonas japonensis is a species of mesophilic, motile, strictly aerobic, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria with one polar flagellum, first isolated from human urine, riverside urban soil and anaerobic digester. 12-3T (=CCUG 48231T =CIP 107388T =JCM 11525T) is the type strain. Acidobacteria is a phylum of bacteria. Its members are physiologically diverse and ubiquitous, especially in soils, but are under-represented in culture.
Thermus is a genus of thermophilic bacteria. It is one of several bacteria belonging to the Deinococcus–Thermus group. Thermus species can be distinguished from other genera in the family Thermaceae as well as all other bacteria by the presence of eight conserved signature indels (CSIs) found in proteins such as adenylate kinase and replicative DNA helicase as well as 14 conserved signature proteins (CSPs) that are exclusively shared by members of this genus.
The Chloroflexi or Chlorobacteria are a phylum of bacteria containing isolates with a diversity of phenotypes, including members that are aerobic thermophiles, which use oxygen and grow well in high temperatures; anoxygenic phototrophs, which use light for photosynthesis ; and anaerobic halorespirers, which uses halogenated organics as electron acceptors.
Actinocatenispora is a genus in the phylum Actinobacteria (Bacteria).
Actinophytocola is a genus in the phylum Actinobacteria (Bacteria).
Dactylosporangium is a genus in the phylum Actinobacteria (Bacteria).
Agrococcus is a genus in the phylum Actinobacteria (Bacteria).
Agromyces is a genus in the phylum Actinobacteria (Bacteria).
Algoriphagus is a genus in the phylum Bacteroidetes (Bacteria).
Pedobacter alluvionis is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming eubacterial species. Its type strain is NWER-II11T.
Pedobacter borealis is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, non-spore-forming eubacterial species. Its type strain is G-1T.
Pseudoxanthomonas broegbernensis is a yellow-pigmented bacteria the type species of its genus. Its type strain is B1616/1T.
Luteimonas mephitis is a yellow-pigmented bacterium and the type species of its genus. Its type strain is B1953/27.1T.
Pseudoxanthomonas koreensis is a species of Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria, first isolated from ginseng fields. T7-09(T) is the type strain.
Pseudoxanthomonas daejeonensis is a species of Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria, first isolated from ginseng fields. TR6-08(T) is the type strain.
Pseudoxanthomonas mexicana is a species of mesophilic, motile, strictly aerobic, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria with one polar flagellum, first isolated from human urine, riverside urban soil and anaerobic digester. AMX 26BT is the type strain.
Pseudoxanthomonas is a genus of Gram-negative bacteria in the family Xanthomonadaceae from the phylum Proteobacteria. This genus is closely related phylogenetically with the genera Xanthomonas, Xylella, and Stenotrophomonas. The genus was first distinguished in 2000 in biofilter samples, and was later emended by Lee et al. Some of the species in this genus are: P. mexicana, P. japonensis, P. koreensis, P. daejeonensis, and the type species P. broegbernensis.
Micromonospora peucetia is an endophytic actinomycete, with type strain DSM 43363T.
Micromonospora chokoriensis is an endophytic actinomycete first isolated from sandy soil in Bangladesh; it produces single, non-motile nodular spore surfaces. Its type strain is 2-19(6)T.
Micromonospora coxensis is an endophytic actinomycete first isolated from sandy soil in Bangladesh; it produces single, non-motile nodular spore surfaces. Its type strain is 2-30-b(28)T.
