Qızılqaya (known as Yenikənd until 2015) [1] is a village in the Gadabay Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village forms part of the municipality of Çobankənd. [2]

Çobankənd is a village and municipality in the Gadabay Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,802. The municipality consists of the villages of Çobankənd and Yenikənd.
