The Intelligence Bureau is a civilian intelligence agency in Pakistan. Established in 1947,the IB is Pakistan's oldest intelligence agency. DG IB is a 4 star equivalent rank of the BPS apex scale in Pakistan. Appointments and supervision of its operations are authorized by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Rana Bhagwandas was a Pakistani jurist who served as a senior judge and acting chief justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (CJP). He enjoyed extremely high reputation as a judge. He remained the acting CJP during the 2007 judicial crisis in Pakistan,and also briefly became the acting Chief Justice of Pakistan when the incumbent Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry went on foreign tours in 2005 and 2006,and thus became the first Hindu and the second non-Muslim to serve as chief of the highest court in Pakistan. Rana Bhagwandas also worked as the Chairman of Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan. He headed the interview panel for the selection of the federal civil servants in 2009.
Saeed Uz Zaman Siddiqui was a Pakistani jurist and legislator of great prominence who formerly served as the 15th Chief Justice of Pakistan and,prior to that,the 7th Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court. At the time of his death,he was serving as the 31st Governor of Sindh.

The National Reconciliation Ordinance was a controversial ordinance issued by the former President of Pakistan,General Pervez Musharraf,on 5 October 2007. It granted amnesty to politicians,political workers and bureaucrats who were accused of corruption,and wanted to leave country for their own profit embezzlement,money laundering,murder,and between 1 January 1986,and 12 October 1999,the time between two states of martial law in Pakistan. It was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 16 December 2009,saving the country from political crisis.
Tassaduq Hussain Jillani is a Pakistani judge who served as the 21st Chief Justice of Pakistan from 2013 to 2014. He previously served as a Justice of the Supreme Court from 2004,after being nominated Justice of the Lahore High Court by Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto in 1994.

Chaudhry Moonis Elahi is a Pakistani politician from Punjabi Jatt Warraich family. who has been a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since October 2018. He was the Minister for Water Resources from 13 July 2021 till 10 April 2022 when the no-confidence motion against Imran Khan succeeded. Previously,he was a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from 2008 to May 2018.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif,also known as Maryam Safdar,is a Pakistani politician and the daughter of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif. She was initially involved in the family's philanthropic organisations. However,in 2012,she entered politics and was put in charge of the election campaign during the 2013 general elections. In 2013,she was appointed the Chairperson of the Prime Minister's Youth Programme. However,she resigned in 2014 after her appointment was challenged in the Lahore High Court.

Fawad Hasan Fawad is a retired Pakistani civil servant who served in BPS-22 grade as the Principal Secretary to two Prime Ministers,Nawaz Sharif and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. Fawad belongs to the Pakistan Administrative Service and is batchmates with Zafarullah Khan (PAS),Sikandar Sultan Raja (PAS),Rizwan Ahmed (PAS),Jawad Rafique Malik (PAS) and Allah Dino Khawaja (PSP).
Irfan Qadir is a Pakistani lawyer,jurist and the current Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Legal Reforms since 15 December 2022. He previously served as the 29th Attorney-General for Pakistan from April 2012 to June 2013. He also served as a judge of Lahore High Court in 2009.
