Qanat Bagh (Persian : قناتباغ‎, also Romanized as Qanāt Bāgh and Qanāt-i-Bāgh)^[1] is an ancient village in Aviz Rural District, in the Central District of Farashband County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 303, in 69 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Aviz Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Farashband County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,836, in 1,451 families. The rural district has 29 villages.
