Qarah Vanlu (Persian : قره وانلو‎, also Romanized as Qarah Vānlū; also known as Qarah Bāghlū and Qareh Dāghlū)^[1] is a village in Qeshlaq Rural District, Abish Ahmad District, Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 561, in 128 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qeshlaq Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Abish Ahmad District, Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,468, in 1,320 families. The rural district has 32 villages.

Abish Ahmad District is a district (bakhsh) in Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 25,122, in 5,308 families. The District has one city: Abish Ahmad. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Abish Ahmad Rural District, Qeshlaq Rural District, and Seyyedan Rural District.
