Qayesh (Persian : قايش‎, also Romanized as Qāyesh; also known as Ghayesh and Qaīsh Tepe)^[1] is a village in Sardrud-e Sofla Rural District, Sardrud District, Razan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,385, in 323 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Sardrud-e Sofla Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Sardrud District, Razan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,694, in 2,009 families. The rural district has 17 villages.

Sardrud District is a district (bakhsh) in Razan County, Hamadan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 38,719, in 8,646 families. The District has one city: Damaq. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Boghrati Rural District, Sardrud-e Olya Rural District, and Sardrud-e Sofla Rural District.
