Qezel Qayeh-ye Olya (Persian : قزل قيه عليا‎, also Romanized as Qezel Qayeh-ye ‘Olyā)^[1] is a village in Hulasu Rural District, in the Central District of Shahin Dezh County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 194, in 34 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Hulasu Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Shahin Dezh County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,396, in 2,637 families. The rural district has 44 villages.
