Qowsheh Degarman (Persian : قوشه دگرمان‎, also Romanized as Qowsheh Degarmān and Qūsheh Degermān)^[1] is a village in Rezvan Rural District, Kalpush District, Meyami County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 315, in 78 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Rezvan Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Kalpush District, Meyami County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,837, in 2,500 families. The rural district has 8 villages.

Kalpush District is a district (bakhsh) in Meyami County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 16,351, in 3,957 families. The District has no cities. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Nardin Rural District and Rezvan Rural District.
