Quinton Narkle (born 3 December 1997) is an Australian rules footballer with the Port Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He made his AFL debut for Geelong in round 15 of the 2018 season against the Western Bulldogs at Docklands Stadium. [1]
Narkle, from Western Australia, attended Wesley College [2] and originally played for the colts team of West Australian Football League club Perth Demons. [3] He played for his state at the AFL Under 18 Championships, averaging 16 disposals. [4] Narkle was drafted by Geelong with pick 60 in the 2016 national draft. [3] In June 2017, he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament while training [5] and did not return until May 2018. Narkle played six Victorian Football League matches before his debut. [6] Commenting on Narkle's debut performance, coach Chris Scott said "we thought he was outstanding". [7]
Narkle is an Indigenous Australian, [8] distantly related to former Swan Districts, West Coast Eagles and St Kilda footballer Phil Narkle. [6] Narkle is also second cousin with fellow Port Adelaide footballer, Sam Powell-Pepper.
Narkle was delisted by Geelong at the end of the 2022 season. He was redrafted by Port Adelaide in the 2023 AFL mid-season draft at pick 11. [9]

Rhys Stanley is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Geelong Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He previously played for the St Kilda Football Club from 2010 to 2014.
The 2010 Geelong Football Club season was the club's 111th season in the Australian Football League (AFL). Geelong finished the regular season in second position on the ladder, with 17 wins and five losses. Geelong then went on to lose its Preliminary final against Collingwood. As a result, Geelong failed to advance to the Grand Final for the first time in four seasons, as well as failing to defend its 2009 premiership.
Luke Dahlhaus is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Geelong Football Club and Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League (AFL). In 2017 AFL Women's Season and made her debut in round 1, the club and league's inaugural match at Ikon Park against Collingwood. She was delisted by Carlton at the end of the 2018 season. Keryk was redrafted by Geelong with the 62nd overall pick in the 2018 AFL Women's draft. In March 2023, Keryk was traded to Port Adelaide with pick #12 in exchange for Kate Surman.

The Cats finished the home-and-away season with a 13–9 win–loss record and placed eighth on the league's ladder, qualifying for the 2018 finals series as a result. Geelong were defeated in an elimination final against Melbourne by 29 points, and therefore did not progress past the first finals week.

The Cats finished the home-and-away season with a 16–6 win–loss record and placed first on the league's ladder, earning Geelong their first minor premiership since the 2008 season.
