It also serves as a topping for various pastries, desserts or ice cream. Muesli is similar to granola, except that it is traditionally neither sweetened nor baked.

Co-authored by David Nussbaum and edited by Judith Jones, the book covers basic cooking principles and techniques and was designed to serve as a reference point for amateur cooks.     The Little Paris Kitchen: Cooking with Rachel Khoo is a television cookery programme starring food writer and cook Rachel Khoo which first broadcast on BBC Two in the UK in March–April 2012. The show follows Khoo from her tiny kitchen in Paris, France, as she introduces the audience to "French food cooked simply, like Parisians do at home".

    Luisa Weiss is an Italian-American writer based in Berlin. Weiss was employed as a literary scout and cookbook editor in New York where, in 2005, she started the food blog The Wednesday Chef. She has written two books—the memoir My Berlin Kitchen (2012) and the well-received cookbook Classic German Baking (2016).
