Radcliffe Cricket Club are an English cricket team currently playing in Radcliffe, Bury, Greater Manchester in the Greater Manchester Cricket League. There are no junior teams. [1]

Little Lever is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, Greater Manchester, England. Historically in Lancashire, it is 2.4 miles (3.9 km) southeast of Bolton, 1.9 miles (3.1 km) west of Radcliffe and 4 miles (6.4 km) southwest of Bury. Gigg Lane is a football ground in Bury, Greater Manchester, England, built for Bury F.C. in 1885. The first match was played on 12 September 1885 between Bury and a team from Wigan. One of the world's oldest professional football stadiums, Gigg Lane was in continuous use by Bury until August 2019 when the club was expelled from the English Football League. The ground's last competitive match was on 4 May 2019 when Bury hosted Port Vale.
Manchester and District Cricket Association (MDCA) was an English cricket association which contained 17 teams spread around the Greater Manchester area. Founded in 1892, it supported two leagues for teams playing First XI cricket, two for Second XI cricket and a single league for Third XI teams; not all teams have a Third XI, which accounts for this difference. It was wound up after the 2013 season.
Radcliffe Football Club is an English football club based in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester where they play their games at Stainton Park. The club was formed on 24 May 1949 and currently plays in the Northern Premier League Premier Division. Radcliffe won the division in 1996–97, won the playoffs twice in 2003 and 2019 and reached the first round of the FA Cup for the first time in its history in 2000. The club changed its name to Radcliffe Football Club for the 2018–19 season.
Derby High School or "The Derby" as it is known locally, is a secondary school, located on Radcliffe Road, Bury, Greater Manchester, England. It opened in September 1959 as the Derby Grammar School, a new school that offered both a grammar and a technical education. Some of the pupils moved from Bury High School, a Grammar School on nearby Parliament Street, which closed when the Derby opened. They had gone there having passed the Eleven Plus examination. Other pupils came from Bury Junior Technical School having attended that school from the age of 13 years. The school was formed by merging those two schools into a grammar-technical school. In September 1979 it became a comprehensive school and its sixth form was closed. There are extensive playing fields to the front of the school and the school is easily recognised with its distinctive tower.

Radcliffe Tower is the only surviving part of a manor house in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester. It is a Grade I listed building and a Scheduled Monument. The house was rebuilt in 1403 by James de Radcliffe, who was lord of the manor of Radcliffe, and consisted of a stone-built hall and one or two towers, probably built with ashlar blocks. De Radcliffe was given a royal licence to fortify the site including adding crenellations and battlements.
The Bolton Cricket League is a cricket league comprising fifteen teams in and around Bolton, Greater Manchester in North West England. The league runs competitions at First Team, Second Team, Under 18, Under 15, Under 13 and Under 11 levels. It expanded after the 2015 season, with nine clubs joining from in and around the area. However, the league lost two established clubs in the process, due to the formation of the Greater Manchester Cricket League in 2016.

South Lancashire is a geographical county area, used to indicate the southern part of the historic county of Lancashire, today without any administrative purpose. The county region has no exact boundaries but generally includes areas that form the West Derby Hundred and the Salford Hundred, both of which formed the South Lancashire parliament constituency from 1832. This constituency was further divided in 1868 forming the South East Lancashire and South West Lancashire constituencies. Today the area is still recognized by the government and organisations, including the National Health Service. South Lancashire includes the cities of Manchester and Liverpool.
Bury Association Football Club is a fan-owned English association football club representing the town of Bury, Greater Manchester. It was established in December 2019 as a phoenix of Bury FC, which had recently been expelled from the English Football League (EFL). Bury AFC won the 2021–22 North West Counties Football League Division One North championship, earning promotion to the league's Premier Division for the 2022–23 season. The team play their home games at Stainton Park in nearby Radcliffe through a groundshare agreement with Radcliffe F.C.
