Rajdeep Gupta is a Bengali film and television [1] actor and was born in Kolkata.

Career

Rajdeep has made a name for himself in the industry with his spontaneous acting skills and guy next door roles.

After a brief stint as a DJ at popular clubs in Delhi, Kolkata and Dhaka. His career kick started on the small screen when he bagged the role of Ishaan, in the soap Ogo Bodhu Sundari in 2009. The soap aired on Star Jalsha under Ravi Ojha productions. He made a comeback on television with an episodic appearance in the detective drama series, titled Byomkesh , following which he played the lead role in the Surinder Films produced show, Aponjon. [2] Rajdeep also played the lead in Jhanjh Lobongo Phool, which aired on Star Jalsha Produced by SVF. And he even tried his hand in some negative roles in television shows like Premer kahini Star jalsha and Baksho Bodol zee bangla

Apart from television, he has acted in films. His first film was damadol and has also acted in films such as Bhaarate , Aamar Aami , Mukti , and Onnyo bwasanto . He starred in one of the episodes of Pyaar Ka The End – his first Hindi language television performance. [3] He has worked in hoichoi Originals such as Japani Toy, Mismatch, Mismatch 2 and Japani Doll, bou kyano psycho, rohoshya romancho 2 Murder in the hills Uttoron Trying his hands on advertisement, Rajdeep has also worked for national ad campaigns of renowned brands. And has been the face of Uber India campaign 2016.

Ogo Bodhu Sundori was an Indian soap opera, directed by Rakesh Kumar, created and produced by Ravi Ojha, under his banner Ravi Ojha Productions. The series starred Ritabhari Chakraborty and Rajdeep Gupta in lead roles, while Tulika Basu, Haradhan Bannerjee, Shankar Chakraborty and Bidipta Chakraborty in other pivotal roles. <i>Tekka Raja Badshah</i> Indian TV series or programme

Tekka Raja Badsha ; was a Bengali television comedy drama that premiered on 16 July 2018 and airs on the Bengali television channel titled Star Jalsha. It streams on the digital platform Hotstar It aired on the Bengali television channel called STAR Jalsha. The show starred Yuvraj Chowdhury, Somraj Maity, Soumick Saha, Tonni Laha Roy, Moushumi Priya Debanth and Debachandrima Singha Roy in lead roles. The show is based on the Amitabh Bachchan-Rishi Kappor starrer 1977 film Amar Akbar Anthony which was directed by Manmohan Desai. The show is written by Snehasish Chakroborty known for Khokababu, Jarowar Jhumko, Tumi Robe Nirobe, and Rakhi Bandhan. The show replaced the daily soap opera Sanyashi Raja.

Payel De, also known as Payel Dey, is a Bengali actress. She began her career in 2006 with Zee Bangla's Ekdin Pratidin daily soap and portrayed the character Chandrayee as a supporting role. She is known for her work in television soap opera serials Durga and Behula where she played the title character, both of these aired on Star Jalsha. She started her career while she was studying in college. Afterwards, she starred as Aalo Moitra in the TV serial Bodhu Kon Alo Laaglo Chokhe which aired on Star Jaisha. She has also played lead characters in Maa Durga, Tobu Mone Rekho, Ardhangini, Jaahanara, Durga Durgeshwari, Chuni Panna and currently Desher Maati.

Sani Ghose Ray is an Indian Film director and producer based out of Kolkata. He is also one of the founder members of the production house Acropoliis Entertainment along with a line production company Greyscale Entertainment.
