The United Arab Emirates men's national cricket team is the team that represents the United Arab Emirates in international cricket. They are governed by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) which became an Affiliate Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1989 and an Associate Member the following year. Since 2005, the ICC's headquarters have been located in Dubai.
Mudassar Nazar is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer with a career in Test cricket for Pakistan and in league cricket in Pakistan and England. He was an opening batsman who played 76 test and 122 one-day matches for Pakistan. After retiring from professional cricket, he has had a number of administrative positions in the cricketing world, including two stints as coach for Pakistan in 1993 and 2001, for Kenya and for several other teams. He was born in Lahore, Punjab.

Sharad Vesawkar is a Nepalese professional cricketer. He is a right-handed middle-order batsman and a right-arm off break bowler. He made his debut for Nepal against UAE in March 2004. He was played in Nepal's first ever One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018.
Nitish Roenik Kumar is a Canadian cricketer who was the former captain of the national team. Kumar was appointed as the national men's team captain in October 2016 at the age of 22. He bats right-handed and bowls right-arm off spin. After representing the country at the 2010 Under-19 World Cup in January, Kumar made his One Day International debut the following month, becoming the second-youngest player in the history of ODIs. When Canada participated in the 2011 World Cup Kumar became the youngest player to feature in the tournament. He played his first Twenty20 International in March 2012.
The 2014 ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier was a cricket tournament that formed the final part of the Cricket World Cup qualification process for the 2015 World Cup. The top two teams qualified for the World Cup, joining Ireland and for the first time Afghanistan, both of whom already qualified through the 2011–13 ICC World Cricket League Championship and maintained their ODI status. The World Cup Qualifier was the final event of the 2009–14 World Cricket League. Scotland was originally scheduled to host the tournament in July and August 2013. It was staged in New Zealand, from 13 January to 1 February 2014 after Scotland relinquished the right to host it.
The 2011–13 ICC World Cricket League Championship was the first edition of the ICC World Cricket League Championship, though the competition had been previously run under the name ICC World Cricket League Division One. It ran from June 2011 until October 2013, in parallel with the first-class 2011–13 ICC Intercontinental Cup, and was contested by the same eight associate and affiliate member teams.
Lucas Oluoch Ndandason is a Kenyan cricketer. Domestically, he previously represented Nairobi Gymkhana Club, but since the 2011 season, he has been playing for Coast Pekee in the East African tournaments.
Shaiman Anwar Butt is a Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. A powerful right-handed top-order batsman, he made his debut for the United Arab Emirates national side in December 2010, having previously represented Sialkot and Servis Industries in Pakistani domestic tournaments. In March 2021, Shaiman was found guilty of corruption and banned from all cricket for eight years.
The 2015–2017 ICC World Cricket League Championship was the second edition of the ICC World Cricket League Championship. It took place from 2015 until 2017, in parallel with the 2015-17 ICC Intercontinental Cup. Both Ireland and Afghanistan had been promoted to the main ICC ODI Championship and did not compete in this tournament. Instead, Kenya and Nepal were included in the tournament. The tournament was played in a round-robin format. All matches were recorded as List A matches, and those in which both teams had ODI status were also recorded as ODIs.
Ajay Vrajlal Lalcheta is an Indian-born cricketer who plays for the Oman national cricket team. Lalcheta played underage cricket in India before emigrating to Oman, making his debut for the Omani national side at the 2011 ACC Twenty20 Cup. He played five matches at the 2012 World Twenty20 Qualifier in the United Arab Emirates, which were accorded full Twenty20 status.
Rajeshkumar Jagdishchandra Ranpura is an Indian-born cricketer who plays for the Oman national cricket team. Ranpura made his debut for the Omani national side in January 2011, and has played regularly for the side since then. He played in all eight of Oman's matches at the 2012 World Twenty20 Qualifier in the United Arab Emirates, which were accorded full Twenty20 status.
Muhammad Usman is a Pakistani-born cricketer who plays for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. He made his first-class debut for the United Arab Emirates against the Netherlands in the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup on 21 January 2016. Usman's List A debut was also against the Netherlands, in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship, on 27 January 2016. His Twenty20 International debut too was against the Netherlands on 3 February 2016. Usman made his One Day International debut against Scotland on 14 August 2016 in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship.
Samarth Chandrakant Patel is a Kenyan cricketer who made his debut for the Kenyan national side in 2011.
Nosaina Pokana is a Papua New Guinean cricketer. He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut on 6 February 2016 against Ireland in Australia. He made his List A debut in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship on 30 May 2016 against Kenya. His One Day International (ODI) debut, on 31 March 2017, was against the United Arab Emirates in the 2015–17 ICC World Cricket League Championship. His first-class debut, on 7 April 2017, was also against the United Arab Emirates, in the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup.
Karan Kaul is a Kenyan international cricketer who made his debut for the Kenya national team in 2011. He is a right-handed middle-order batsman.
2018 ICC World Cricket League Division Two was a cricket tournament that took place in February 2018 in Namibia. The United Arab Emirates won the tournament, after beating Nepal by 7 runs in the final. Canada and Namibia finished third and fourth respectively and remained in Division Two. Oman and Kenya finished fifth and sixth respectively and were both relegated to Division Three. Following Kenya's last-place finish in the tournament, their captain Rakep Patel and their coach Thomas Odoyo both resigned.
