Led by sixth-year head coach Mike Bellotti,the Ducks compiled an overall record of 10–2 with a mark of 7–1 in conference play,sharing the Pac-10 title with Oregon State and Washington. A member of the Democratic Party,Gallego served from 2015 to 2025 as the U.S. representative for Arizona's 3rd congressional district. In the 2010s,the house was one of four remaining buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in Phoenix and one of nine such buildings in Arizona. In addition to the main house,the site includes a small guesthouse to the northeast. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
