Eurodance is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in the late 1980s in Europe. It combines many elements of hip hop, techno, Hi-NRG, new beat, house music, and Euro disco. This genre of music is heavily influenced by the use of rich vocals, sometimes with rapped verses. This, combined with cutting-edge synthesizers, strong bass rhythm and melodic hooks, establishes the core foundation of Eurodance music.
Snap! is a German Eurodance group formed in 1989 by producers Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti. The act has been through a number of line-up changes over the years, including American singers, songwriters and rappers Thea Austin, Turbo B, Niki Haris and Penny Ford. Their best known hits are "The Power" and "Rhythm Is a Dancer", both of which took the No. 1 spot in multiple countries.

Grace was a 1990s British dance music act, consisting of the DJs Paul Oakenfold and Steve Osborne and the jazz singer Dominique Atkins. The group's first single, "Not Over Yet", had lead and backing vocals by the original frontwoman Patti Low. Atkins recorded her own lead vocals for "Not Over Yet" when it was included as the first track on the group's only album If I Could Fly.

In North America, the song was released in November 1995. It was successful on the charts, reaching number-one in both Italy and on the Canadian RPM Dance/Urban chart, and peaking at number 17 on the Eurochart Hot 100. In the United States, the song reached number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number eight on the Cash Box Top 100, while in Australia, it peaked at number eight, being certified gold by ARIA.
"Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" is a song by American dance music group C+C Music Factory, released in late 1990 as the debut and lead single from their first album, Gonna Make You Sweat (1990). The song is sung by singer Martha Wash and rapper Freedom Williams. It charted internationally and achieved great success in the United States, Austria, Germany, and Sweden, where it reached number one on the charts.
"Rhythm Is a Dancer" is a song by German Eurodance group Snap!, released in March 1992 as the second single from their second studio album, The Madman's Return (1992). It features vocals by American singer Thea Austin. The song is written by Benito Benites, John "Virgo" Garrett III and Austin, and produced by Benites and Garrett III. It was an international success, topping the charts in France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The single also reached the top-five on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number-one on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. It spent six weeks at the top of the UK Singles Chart, becoming the second biggest-selling single of 1992.

It was written by Kirsti Johansen and Kjetil Røsnes of Norwegian disco and dance duo Avalanche with Mike Stock and Matt Aitken, two former members of the Stock Aitken Waterman production trio. The song was recorded for the European market, although Tatjana's version was issued in the US on Popular Records as a CD maxi single. It was covered by DJ Milano and British singer Samantha Fox in 1997.

Originally released as a single in May 1995 from her self-titled debut album, the song reached number 27 on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. In August 1997, a UK garage remix of the song by Kelly G was released on the Delirious label and became a top-10 hit in the UK, peaking at number seven on the UK Singles Chart. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 23 in September 1997. Several remixes are included on the CD and 12-inch formats, such as the 'Tuff Jam Classic Vocal Mix' and 'Warehouse Junkie Mix'.

It features vocals by American singer Summer and reached number one in Finland. It was also a top-10 hit in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. Its accompanying music video, made with Softimage 3D, took three months to finish.

Like on their previous single, "Welcome to Tomorrow (Are You Ready?)", it features vocals by American singer Summer (a.k.a. Paula Brown). Supported by a partially computer generated music video, the song was a chart success in Europe, peaking at number two in both Belgium and the Netherlands, and number three in Austria.
"Always There" is a 1975 song by Ronnie Laws and William Jeffrey from Laws' album Pressure Sensitive. After producer Wayne Henderson of The Crusaders enlisted lyricist Paul B Allen III to create a vocal version of the tune, officially making Allen a co-writer, it was re-recorded in 1976 by R&B group Side Effect for their third album, What You Need. It was a minor hit, reaching the top 5 on the US Dance chart; however it was a larger hit for Incognito & Jocelyn Brown in 1991, whose version reached no. 5 in the UK.
"Electronic Pleasure" is a song by English electronic dance music group N-Trance, featuring vocals from Gillian Wisdom and rap by Ricardo da Force. Released in February 1996 as the fourth and last single from their debut album by the same name (1995), it was the follow-up to their successful cover of "Stayin' Alive". The song peaked at number two in Israel, number nine in Scotland and number eleven on the UK Singles Chart. Additionally, it was a top 20 hit in Italy and a top 30 hit in France, peaking at number 17 and 23.
"Move Your Body" is a song by Italian music group Anticappella, led by Gianfranco Bortolotti, the founder of Cappella. It features rapper MC Fixx and was released in 1994 as the fourth single from their only album, Anticappella (1998), becoming the group's most successful hit. The single charted in several countries, reaching the top 20 in Italy, Scotland and Spain, and top 30 in the UK, where it peaked at number 21. On the UK Dance Singles Chart, it peaked at number eight. It also charted in Ireland and France.
