ReStylin' Up 20 Years is a live album recorded by Australian singer Christine Anu. it is a live recording of her 1995 debut album Stylin' Up in celebration of its 20th anniversary. The album was recorded in one day and released on 19 June 2015. The tracks are recorded in a jazz/soul genre.

In an interview with The Canberra Times , Anu said: "For some of the songs it was hard for me to grasp the idea that they should even be made to sound different. It's not everyone's thing. People are going to listen to that and go 'Why did she mess with that tune'. But I feel that the integrity of the song is still there. All it's done is it's trying on some new clothes." [1]

Aretha Louise Franklin was an American singer, songwriter, pianist, and civil rights activist. Franklin began her career as a child singing gospel at New Bethel Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan, where her father C. L. Franklin was minister. While Franklin's career did not immediately flourish, she found acclaim and commercial success after signing with Atlantic Records in 1966. David Bridie is a contemporary musician and songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. David rose to prominence in 1983 as a uniquely Australian pianist, vocalist and songwriter in the critically acclaimed band Not Drowning, Waving which he cofounded with guitarist John Phillips. They released nine albums various Australian labels to critical acclaim. Their fifth album, Tabaran, was created with the artists of Rabaul in Papua New Guinea including George Telek, Pius Wasi and Ben Hakalitz.

Falling Joys

Falling Joys are an Australian alternative rock band formed in Canberra in 1985. The original line-up included Suzie Higgie on lead vocals and guitar and Stuart G. Robertson on bass guitar. By the end of 1988 Higgie and Robertson, now on guitar, were joined by Pat Hayes on bass guitar and vocals, and Pete Velzen on drums. They have released three albums, Wish List, Psychohum and Aerial. Both the latter two albums reached the ARIA Albums Chart Top 50. They disbanded in 1995 but reunited in 2011 and, again, in July 2016.

My Island Home 1987 song performed by Warumpi Band

"My Island Home" is a pop song written by Neil Murray and originally performed by the Warumpi Band. The song references lead singer's home up at Elcho Island off the coast of Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. It was recorded in 1986 and released as a single from their second album, Go Bush, in 1987. "My Island Home" won 'Song of the Year' at the 1995 Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) Awards for Anu's reworked version of the song. It was also listed in the APRA Top 30 Australian songs of all time in 2001.

Neil James Murray is an Australian musician, singer-songwriter-guitarist and writer. He was a founding member of the Warumpi Band which was the first major rock group with mostly Indigenous members and was an influential Aboriginal rock band. Murray was recognised as one of Australia's foremost songwriters at the APRA Awards of 1995 by winning Song of the Year for "My Island Home" – as covered by former band mate, Christine Anu. The track was also listed in APRA Top 30 Australian songs of all time in 2001.
