Rolling Stone named Rich Nigga Timeline as the seventh Best Rap Album of 2014. [2] It features production by Cassius Jay, Cheeze, Deko, DeeMoney, DJ Durel, Mario Beats, Murda Beatz, Phenom Da Don, StackboyTwaun, Swift Bangs, TM88 and Zaytoven. [3]

"Niggas in Paris" is a song by American rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West from their collaborative album Watch the Throne (2011). The song is built around a synth bell loop from the Dirty South Bangaz music library, and contains vocal samples from "Baptizing Scene" by Reverend W.A. Donaldson, an interpolation of "Victory" by Puff Daddy featuring The Notorious B.I.G. and Busta Rhymes, and dialogue excerpts from the 2007 film Blades of Glory. On the week of the album's release, "Niggas in Paris" debuted at number 75 on the Billboard Hot 100, eventually peaking at number five. Outside of the United States, "Niggas in Paris" peaked within the top ten of the charts in the United Kingdom. As of 2018, it has sold 6.7 million archetype digital units in the United States. The song won Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.
Rich Forever is the second mixtape by American rapper Rick Ross. It was released on January 6, 2012. It became one of the most downloaded hip hop mixtapes of all time. The mixtape spawned one commercial single, "Stay Schemin'" and features guest appearances from Diddy, 2 Chainz, Wale, John Legend, Nas, Kelly Rowland, Styles P, Birdman, Meek Mill, French Montana, Pharrell, Future, Stalley and Drake.
Dequantes Devontay Lamar, known professionally as Rich Homie Quan, is an American rapper. Beginning his career in 2011, Lamar rose to mainstream success with his 2013 single "Type of Way", which peaked at number 50 on the Billboard Hot 100. A 2015 follow up single, "Flex " reached further success at number 26 on the chart. In addition, Lamar was a member of the Cash Money Records spin-off project Rich Gang in 2014, which found success with their single "Lifestyle" in June of that year, preceding the mixtape Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1 (2014). Lamar's debut studio album, Rich as in Spirit was released in March 2018 and debuted at number 32 on the US Billboard 200.
Migos were an American hip hop group founded in Lawrenceville, Georgia, in 2008. The group was composed of rappers Quavo, his nephew Takeoff, and Offset. Quavo is from Athens, Georgia, and Offset and Takeoff were born and raised in nearby Lawrenceville. As a group, they were managed by Coach K, the former manager of Gucci Mane and Jeezy, and frequently collaborated with producers such as DJ Durel, Murda Beatz, Zaytoven, and Buddah Bless. Recognized for their contribution to trap music in the 2010s, Billboard stated that the group "influenced pop culture and the entire English language by bringing their North Atlanta roots to the mainstream".
"The Language" is a song by Canadian rapper Drake from his third studio album Nothing Was the Same (2013). "The Language" was produced by frequent collaborator Boi-1da, along with additional production by Allen Ritter and Vinylz. It also features an outro from Cash Money Records founder Birdman. The song was serviced to mainstream urban radio on October 29, 2013, as the fourth single from the album in the US and has peaked at number 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
"Versace" is the debut single by American hip hop group Migos. It was released in July 2013, by Quality Control Music. The hook "Versace Versace Versace" was created by Peter Thomson who spit the hook to the Migos and Quality Control when they were in Springfield, Massachusetts. The track, which was included on their mixtape Y.R.N. (2013), was produced by Zaytoven. Following a remix by Canadian rapper Drake, the song became popular and peaked at number 99 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. Drake performed it at the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival. The song is ranked as one of the 100 songs that defined the 2010s decade by Billboard.
Jeffery Lamar Williams, known professionally as Young Thug, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Known for his eccentric vocal style and fashion, he is considered an influential figure in modern hip hop and trap music, and a pioneer of the mumble rap microgenre. Williams embarked on a musical career in 2011, releasing a series of mixtapes beginning with I Came from Nothing. In 2013, he signed with fellow Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane's 1017 Records and gained further attention and praise for his debut mixtape with the label, 1017 Thug, released in February of that year.
Y.R.N. is the third mixtape by American hip hop group Migos. It was released on June 13, 2013. The album features notable guest appearances from rappers Gucci Mane, Trinidad James, Riff Raff and Soulja Boy. This mixtape is notable for the single "Versace", the single reached number 99 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, number 31 on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, number 23 on the US Hot Rap Songs chart and number 11 on the US Top Heatseekers chart. "Versace" was placed in multiple year-end lists of 2013. Diplo included it in his 2013 round-up set on BBC Radio 1. XXL named it one of the top five hip hop songs of 2013. The official music video, directed by Gabriel Hart, was released on September 30, 2013. It shows Migos and Zaytoven at a luxurious mansion, wearing Versace clothes and accessories. The video also features a snippet of Migos second single off the mixtape "Hannah Montana". As of April 2021, it has gained over 36 million views on YouTube. Y.R.N. later reached number 74 on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, their first mixtape to do so on the Billboard charts. The mixtape was premiered on LiveMixtapes.com, on 06/13/2013 and has over 7 million views and 500,000 downloads. Offset only appears on some of the tracks, he was incarcerated in 2013 when Y.R.N. came out.
Quincy Lamont Williams, known by his stage name Peewee Longway, is an American rapper. He best known for his mixtape The Blue M&M (2019) and his 2014 single, "Loaded". He was also a member of the rap group "Felix Brothers", alongside Gucci Mane and Young Dolph.
Dimitri Leslie Roger, professionally known as Rich the Kid, is an American rapper. After a number of independent mixtapes, he signed with Interscope Records in 2017 to release his debut studio album, The World Is Yours (2018). The album, supported by the singles "New Freezer" and "Plug Walk", peaked at number two on the Billboard 200. His second and third studio albums, The World Is Yours 2 (2019) and Boss Man (2020) peaked at numbers four and 24 on the chart respectively. He also released the collaborative mixtapes Nobody Safe (2020) and Trust Fund Babies (2021) with YoungBoy Never Broke Again and Lil Wayne respectively. Furthermore, Roger founded Rich Forever Music in 2016, a label which has signed rappers Famous Dex and Jay Critch.
Rich Gang: Tha Tour Pt. 1 is a mixtape by Birdman, Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan, as the group Rich Gang. It was released on September 29, 2014, by Cash Money Records. The mixtape features the productions from London on da Track, Issac Flame and Goose, among others and it features guest appearances from Nipsey Hussle, PeeWee Longway, Jacquees, Yung Ralph, Bloody Jay, MPA Duke and MPA Wicced. The mixtape was supported by seven promotional singles; including "Tell Em (Lies)", "Imma Ride", "Freestyle", "Soldier", "Milk Marie", "Flava" and "Givenchy".
Rodney Jerome Brown, Jr., known professionally as RJMrLA, is an American rapper from Los Angeles, California. He is known for his frequent collaborations with fellow West Coast artists YG and Mustard, and was signed to their labels: 4Hunnid and 10 Summers Records respectively. His most celebrated releases to date are his O.M.M.I.O. mixtape trilogy.
Yung Rich Nation is the debut studio album by American hip hop group Migos. It was released on July 31, 2015, through Quality Control Music and YRN Tha Label, and distributed by 300 Entertainment. The album features guest appearances from Chris Brown and Young Thug, while the production was handled by Zaytoven, Honorable C.N.O.T.E. and Murda Beatz, among others.
Nard & B are an American record production team, composed of record producers James "Nard" Bernard Rosser Jr. and Brandon "B" Rackley, from Atlanta, Georgia. In 2007, the duo signed a deal with American recording artist T.I.'s Grand Hustle Records. In 2007, Nard & B founded TrenchWerk Entertainment, a music production company, with the intention of "uniting the best music producers in Atlanta and creating the most undeniable and unmatched production available."

Rayshawn Lamar Bennett, known professionally as YFN Lucci, is an American rapper and singer from Atlanta, Georgia. In 2014, he signed a record deal with Think It's A Game Entertainment and released his debut mixtape, Wish Me Well in December of that year. His second mixtape, Wish Me Well 2 (2016) marked his first entry on the Billboard 200 and spawned the hit single "Key to the Streets". His debut extended play, Long Live Nut (2017) peaked at number 27 on chart and spawned the single "Everyday We Lit", which peaked at number 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 and remains his highest-charting song.
Joshua Isaih "'OG" Parker, is an American hip hop record producer from Atlanta, Georgia. In 2015, he worked as an in-house producer for the record label Quality Control Music. His stage moniker is derived from his affiliation with OG Maco's collective OGG, where he became acquainted with frequent collaborator Deko. Parker has since produced for prominent artists including Megan Thee Stallion, Migos, Chris Brown, Jazmine Sullivan, Gucci Mane, Fetty Wap, K Camp, YFN Lucci and Kollision.
Saaheem Malik Valdery, better known as SahBabii, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Chicago, Illinois and moved to Atlanta, Georgia in his teens. His song, "Pull Up Wit Ah Stick" featuring Loso Loaded, gained widespread popularity after its release on his S.A.N.D.A.S. mixtape in 2017. SahBabii peaked at No. 8 on Billboard's Next Big Sound chart in July 2017.
Daryl McPherson, known as DJ Durel, is an American record producer, recording engineer, and DJ from Cleveland, Ohio. He is the official DJ of Atlanta rap group, Migos.
Kirsnick Khari Ball, known professionally as Takeoff, was an American rapper. He was best known as the youngest member of the hip hop group Migos along with his uncle Quavo and close affiliate Offset. The group scored multiple top-10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 including "MotorSport", "Stir Fry", "Walk It Talk It", and "Bad and Boujee", the last of which peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He also received two Grammy Award nominations. On November 1, 2022, Takeoff was fatally shot in Houston, Texas.
