Robert Stoltenberg (born 17 April 1965) is a Norwegian actor and comedian known for his various impressions in different comedy series. He had a great success and skyrocketed into stardom with the television series Borettslaget, being both the creator of the series and playing most of the main characters.
Stoltenberg grew up in Fetsund, and started in the radio-newspaper for youngsters at the age of 17. From there he became NRK P2's morning radio and in the middle of traffic. After that he took his degree in history at the University of Oslo and then left for Lillehammer to take education as a TV director. He has directed about sixty promotion movies for the Norwegian television company NRK.[ citation needed ] In 2011, Stoltenberg came out as gay on the TV talk show Skavlan . [1]
He entered television screens in 1990. He was then host for the pop music show Panorama, together with his twin Harald Stoltenberg, on NRK. [2] He has also appeared in a small role as a Polish bear hunter in the film Trollhunter. He had a significant voice role in the Norwegian-language versions of the Madagascar movies. In the Spring of 2013, and again the same time in 2014, he is one of seven members of the Underholdningsavdelingen comedy television show troupe (airing on the national Norwegian channel NRK1).
Stoltenberg joined the panel of Maskorama for its fourth season in 2023. [3]
He is a distant relative of the former prime minister of Norway, Jens Stoltenberg, the surname following the male line down to them both.
Stoltenberg's Borettslaget received several Gullruten awards in 2002. He won two Amanda awards in 2002 for Borettslaget (Best television drama and Best actor). [4] In 2002 he was also awarded the Se og Hør readers' TV personality of the year award. [5]
Stoltenberg is gay. [1] He has been a relationship with Christian Grønvold for the past 30 years. [6]
Fredrik Skavlan is a Norwegian TV host, journalist, and cartoonist. He hosted the talk show Først & sist from 1998 to 2007, for which he won the 1999 Norwegian Television Award for best host as well as the talk show Skavlan from 2009 to 2021, for which he won the Swedish Television Award for Best Television Host. Skavlan originally worked as a journalist and cartoonist for several Norwegian newspapers, including Morgenbladet and Dagbladet.

The Amanda Award is an award given annually at the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund, Norway, to promote and improve Norwegian film. The award originated in 1985, and has since 2005 been exclusively a film award. Winners are awarded a trophy by the Norwegian sculptor Kristian Kvakland, and the name—and theme—of the sculpture comes from a legendary local woman from the 1920s. The award ceremony is marked every year by a major, nationally televised event.

Gullruten is an annual award for the Norwegian TV industry, founded in 1998 by Norske Film- og TV-produsenters forening. The awarding committee has representatives from the major national TV companies, NRK, TV 2, TV3 and TVNorge. In 1998, the show was hosted by Nadia Hasnaoui, and from 1999 to 2012, by Dorthe Skappel. The first season premiered on Saturday, 7 November 2020 and concluded on Saturday, 12 December 2020. The second season premiered on Saturday, 6 November 2021 and concluded on 11 December. The third season premiered on 15 October 2022 and concluded on 19 November. The fourth season premiered on 11 November 2023 and concluded on 16 December. A fifth season is scheduled to air between 9 November and 14 December 2024.
