Rockdale County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 85,215. The county seat is Conyers.
Pawcatuck is a village and census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Stonington which is located in New London County, Connecticut. The population was 5,624 at the 2010 census. It is located across the Pawcatuck River from Downtown Westerly, Rhode Island. The Mechanic Street Historic District of Pawcatuck is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and includes sites of shipbuilding, mills, and worker housing in a 147-acre (0.59 km2) area.
Woodlawn is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. The population was 37,879 at the 2010 census. It is home to the headquarters of the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It is bordered by Catonsville on the south, by the Patapsco River and Howard County on the west, by Randallstown and Lochearn to the north, and by the City of Baltimore to the east. Parts of Woodlawn are sometimes informally referred to as Security, Maryland, due to the importance of the SSA's headquarters as well as nearby Security Boulevard and Security Square Mall.

Cool Spring Farm — also known as Rockdale Spring Farm and Torytown — was a wilderness estate settled by Colonel Morgan Morgan (1688-1766), long celebrated as the first permanent European settler in what would become West Virginia. The Welsh-born Morgan was granted 1,000 acres (4.0 km2) here in 1735, but he is believed to have first settled there in 1731. Recent research indicates that Morgan's settlement was not the first, but was preceded by a German settlement at what became "New Mecklinberg", possibly as early as 1726.
The Rockdale Common Housing District is a historic district at 4-20 McBride, 46-58 Plantation, and 37-42 Taft Sts. in Northbridge, Massachusetts, United States. The district is composed of a collection of tenement houses built from c. 1880 to 1920. They were built by members of the Whitin family, who owned most of the textile production capacity in Northbridge. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
Rockdale, also known as The Robinson/Stirling Place, is a historic home and farm complex located at Fallston, Harford County, Maryland, United States. It is a farm developed from the late 18th century through the early 20th century. The dwelling is in three parts. The east room of the east wing is the earliest section dating from the 18th century. The largest or main portion of the dwelling dates from between 1815 and 1830. The north wing, a bay centered in the south façade of the second story, and a small conservatory, date from the very early 20th century. The main house is five bays in length, two and a half stories, of stone construction, stuccoed and scored. The home is surrounded by several outbuildings, trees, and other plantings, and the remains of formal gardens and garden structures developed in the early 20th century. It was the residence of William E. Robinson (1860-1935), an entrepreneur in the local canning industry.

It was built in 1860 and is a one-story rectangular wood frame building, three bays long and three bays wide. It sits on a stone foundation and is surmounted by a gable roof. It features a two-stage tower topped by a small cross.

The Porterdale Historic District in Porterdale, Georgia is a 525 acres (212 ha) historic district which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. Its area is roughly the city limits of Porterdale north of Elm St., and it includes Colonial Revival, Late Gothic Revival, and other architecture. In 2001 it included 496 contributing buildings and eight contributing structures. It also included 37 non-contributing buildings and a non-contributing object.

Rockdale County Jail is a historic building at 967 Milstead Ave. in Conyers, Georgia. It was built in 1897 and served as the jail for Rockdale County, Georgia from then until a new jail was built in 1968. It was entered into the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on August 26, 1982. It now serves as the headquarters for the Rockdale County Historical Society and is known as the Old Jail Museum.
