Rockland Historic District is a national historic district located at Rockland, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 6 contributing buildings in the hamlet of Rockland and associated with Rockland Mills. They include the school (1831), Mansion House (1802), Heshbon Factory mill building, the Kirk House (1797, 1885), and Rock Spring and the springhouse. [2]

Rockland Harbor Breakwater Light is a historic lighthouse complex at the end of the Rockland Breakwater in the harbor of Rockland, Maine. Replacing a light station at Jameson Point, the light was established in 1902, about two years after completion of the breakwater. Now automated, it continues to serve as an active aid to navigation. The light was added to the National Register of Historic Places as Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse on March 20, 1981.
Historic RittenhouseTown, sometimes referred to as Rittenhouse Historic District, encompasses the remains of an early industrial community which was the site of the first paper mill in British North America. The mill was built in 1690 by William Rittenhouse and his son Nicholas on the north bank of Paper Mill Run near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The district, off Lincoln Drive near Wissahickon Avenue in Fairmount Park, includes six of up to forty-five original buildings. RittenhouseTown was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was designated a National Historic Landmark District on April 27, 1992.
Rockland is an unincorporated community in northern New Castle County, Delaware, United States. It lies along Rockland Road north of the city of Wilmington, the county seat of New Castle County. Its elevation is 194 feet (59 m). Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 19732. Rockland Historic District is a national historic district at Brooklandville, Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. It is located at the intersection of Old Court Road and Falls Road, where Old Court turns into Ruxton Road. There are 15 buildings in the area, including a general store, tavern, the shell of a blacksmith shop, a carriage house, several log buildings, a group of stone rowhouses, the Rockland Grist Mill, and an 18th-century dwelling. It is one of the surviving examples of a small, quiet, sylvan community of the early 19th century.

The Henry Varnum Poor House, also known as "Crow House," is a historic home located on South Mountain Road at New City in Rockland County, New York. It was built between about 1920 and 1949 by artist Henry Varnum Poor (1887–1970). It combines elements of rustic Arts and Crafts Movement vernacular with elements of the Modern movement. Also on the property are a studio dated to 1957; a small half-timbered mill building, 1921; woodshop, ca. 1920–1930; an outdoor kiln from 1957; bridge, ca. 1950; and a terraced garden, 1926.

The district consists of 30 properties that reflect the historic commercial and residential core of the late 18th and 19th century village of Tappan. The district encompasses 12 contributing buildings and 8 contributing structures in the village of Piermont. It developed between about 1785 and 1940, and includes representative examples of Federal, Greek Revival, Italianate, and Second Empire style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed William Ferdon House, Haddock's Hall, and the Rockland Road Bridge. Other notable buildings and structures include the Sparkill Pump House and Dam, "Protection Engine Company", and The Mine Hole.
The Rockland Residential Historic District encompasses a predominantly residential area west of the downtown of Rockland, Maine. With a history dating to the early 18th century, this area includes high quality examples of residential architecture, most dating to the period 1870-1920, and including several fine examples of municipal architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
