Rodney Court, also known as Rodney Court Co-operative, is a historic apartment building located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware.
Rodney Court was built in 1928, and is a six-story, L-shaped steel frame apartment building. The frame is sheathed in cinder block and faced with light-colored tapestry bricks. It features cast-stone trimmings with classical motifs and an elaborate cast-stone classically styled parapet.
It once had a large social hall adjoining a rooftop dance floor and roof garden, that has since been converted to a penthouse apartment. It is the last extant luxury apartment built in Wilmington before the Great Depression of the 1930s. [2]
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. [1]

The Grand Opera House, also known as The Grand or Masonic Hall and Grand Theater, is a 1,208-seat theater for the performing arts in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. The four-story building was built in 1871 by the Delaware Grand Lodge of Masons to serve as a Masonic Temple and auditorium. The construction cost was $100,000. It was designed in Second Empire style by Baltimore architect Thomas Dixon and incorporates symbolism from Freemasonry into the cast-iron facade. Its central pediment contains an Eye of Providence.
The Cass–Davenport Historic District is a historic district containing four apartment buildings in Detroit, Michigan, roughly bounded by Cass Avenue, Davenport Street, and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The Milner Arms Apartments abuts, but is not within, the district.
The Santa Fe Apartments were an apartment building located in Detroit, Michigan. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 and subsequently demolished by Wayne State University and removed from the National Register of Historic Places in 2022. The U.S. Post Office, Courthouse, and Customhouse, also known as Main Post Office, is a historic post office, courthouse, and custom house, located on Rodney Square in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was designed by Irwin & Leighton in 1933–1935, and building was completed in 1937. It is in the Classical Revival. It is a three-story, cut stone structure with six large stone pillars across the main entrance. the gross building area is 104,669 sq. ft. It now serves as Wilmington Trust headquarters.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981 as a part of the County Courthouses in Iowa Thematic Resource. The courthouse is the fourth building the county has used for court functions and county administration.
The Saint James Court Apartments is a luxury apartment building designed by Ferry & Clas and built in 1903 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2008, the site was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
John W. McKecknie (1862–1934) was an American architect working in Kansas City, Missouri, who applied the principles of reinforced concrete in the construction of commercial structures clad in a repertory of classical motifs. He produced designs for some 120 commercial buildings, residences and apartment blocks, establishing the monumental character of West Armour Boulevard with more than a dozen colonnaded apartment blocks. Several of his structures are now registered in the National Register of Historic Places, and others contribute to their Historic District designations.
Gibraltar, located at 2505 Pennsylvania Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware, is a country estate home dating from c. 1844 that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It takes its name from the Rock of Gibraltar, alluding to the high rocky outcrop on which the house was built. It is located just inside Wilmington's city limits and originally stood at the center of a much larger estate which has over time been reduced to the present area of about a city block in size. The house was originally built by John Rodney Brincklé and inherited by his brother's wife and children, before being bought in 1909 by Hugh Rodney Sharp, who was linked to the Du Pont family through marriage and work. Sharp expanded and remodeled the house, as well as commissioning the pioneering female landscape designer Marian Cruger Coffin to lay out the gardens.
Delaware Trust Building, now known as The Residences at Rodney Square, is a historic office building and bank headquarters located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1921, as a 13-story, 15-bay-by-15 bay, U-shaped steel-frame building in the Classical Revival style. The building has a watertable of gray granite, a limestone-clad two-story plus mezzanine base, and a shaft of buff-colored brick. Atop the building is a limestone cornice. The Market Street elevation features three monumental-scaled arched entrance openings reminiscent of ancient Roman buildings. It once had a 22-story modern office building at its center that has since been removed. The building has been converted to residential use.
Addison Apartments is a historic apartment building located at Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. It was built in 1926, and is a nine-story, steel frame building sheathed in light brick and cast stone. The Classical Revival style building consists of a two-story base, six-story shaft, and one-story capital with a distinctive stepped pediment. The front facade features a two-story portico with a deck.
The Evans Court Apartment Building is a historic apartment building at 22-24 Winthrop Street in the South End of Springfield, Massachusetts. Built in 1910, it is a good example of a Classical Revival apartment house, and one of the first to be built in the city after it introduced a new fire code. Rehabilitated in 2014, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
Delaware Flats is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a three-story, ten bay wide, Classical Revival style painted brick and limestone building. The first floor has commercial storefronts with cast iron framing. The upper stories feature two-story blank arches with Corinthian order pilasters.
The Martens is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1900, and is a three-story, 19 bay wide, brick building. It has commercial storefronts on the first floor with Classical Revival style cast iron pilaster posts and supporting "I" beam framing. It features two-story projecting bays on the upper stories.
The Vine Street Apartment Buildings, many now known as the Horace Bushnell Apartments, are a historic collection of residential apartment blocks at 4-48 Vine Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Built between 1922 and 1925, they consist of eleven brick buildings sharing massing, scale, and setting, with a cross-section of period building styles. They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.
