Ross Anthony Catterall (born 9 July 1974), known by his stage name Ross Antony, is a British singer, entertainer and presenter based in Germany. He rose to fame as a member of the R&B/pop group Bro'Sis. [1] Since the group disbanded in 2006, Antony has maintained a profile as a TV personality in Germany, culminating in his 2008 winning of Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus! , the German version of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! . [1]
Antony came from a family of artists and was performing on stage from the age of three, receiving singing and dancing lessons. He attended Bridgnorth Endowed School and is a graduate of the Guildford School of Acting. [1] He went on to appear in pantomimes and musicals across England. In 1997, Antony made his debut on the German stage, with the world premiere of the musical Catharine, in Aachen. In Germany, he played many main roles, including "Claude" in the musical Hair, "Joseph" in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat , and "Tabaluga" in Tabaluga and Lilli.
Since 2006, Antony has been in a civil partnership with opera singer Paul Reeves. The couple ran a bed and breakfast in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, named "Little Gables". On 26 May 2014, Antony announced via his Facebook page that the two of them had adopted a child, which they had both spent a long time trying to do. [2] In December 2017, Antony and Reeves married. Kiss Me, Kate is a musical written by Bella and Samuel Spewack with music and lyrics by Cole Porter. The story involves the production of a musical version of William Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew and the conflict on and off-stage between Fred Graham, the show's director, producer, and star, and his leading lady, his ex-wife Lilli Vanessi. A secondary romance concerns Lois Lane, the actress playing Bianca, and her gambler boyfriend, Bill, who runs afoul of some gangsters. The original production starred Alfred Drake, Patricia Morison, Lisa Kirk and Harold Lang.

Tabaluga is a German media franchise featuring a fictional green dragon, created by German rock musician Peter Maffay, children's songwriter Rolf Zuckowski and author Gregor Rottschalk. Artist Helme Heine drew the image of Tabaluga as it is currently known. The character Tabaluga was first introduced by Maffay in the musical fairy tale Tabaluga ... oder die Reise zur Vernunft in 1983. This first studio album was the step to success: within the next years some Helme Heine books, six sequel concept studio albums, two tours, a stage musical, Tabaluga und Lilli, based on the third concept album and many TV cartoons which have been broadcasting in over 100 countries round the world followed and a children's game show. The National Youth Music Theatre (NYMT) is an arts organisation in the United Kingdom providing pre-professional education and musical theatre stage experience for young people. Based in London, it is constituted as a private limited company and as a registered charity. NYMT was founded in 1976 by director and playwright Jeremy James Taylor. Since its inception, it has produced over fifty productions at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, premièred thirty new musical theatre works, toured several times outside the United Kingdom, and had runs in the West End and on Broadway.
