"Runnin'" is a song performed by American hip-hop group the Pharcyde and produced by J Dilla. [1] It was released as the first single from The Pharcyde's second album Labcabincalifornia in 1995. "Runnin'" is The Pharcyde's best-selling song from this album. [2] It peaked at fifty-five on the Billboard Hot 100,thirty-five on the U.S. R&B chart and thirty-six on the UK Singles Chart. [3] The track is included in The Pharcyde's greatest hits compilation Cydeways:The Best of The Pharcyde. "Runnin'" is one of Pharcyde's most remembered songs,along with "Passin' Me By". [4]
