Ebene is a suburb of Quatre Bornes, Mauritius, 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) south of the capital, Port Louis. Construction began in November 2001, with the suburb being promoted as a new information technology hub for Mauritius and as a link between African and Asian markets. The aim being to create a hi-tech office area in order to dynamise the country. As a result, it is also referred to as Ebene Cybercity or Cyber City.

He served as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and former Minister Salahuddin Ayub from July 2018 to the collapse of the PH administration in February 2020. He is a member of Parliamentary Special Select Committee for International Affairs. He also served as Member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Pantai Jerejak from March 2008 to May 2013. He is a member and Strategy Director of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component party of the PH coalition. He also served as the political secretary to Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister, Chairman of PH and President of PKR.
Teluk Tempoyak is a coastal village within the city of George Town in the Malaysian state of Penang. It is located near the southeastern tip of Penang Island, about 16 km (9.9 mi) south of the city centre. The village lies just south of Batu Maung and faces the Penang Strait to the east.
Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway or Federal Route 3113, is an expressway on Penang Island, that connects the city centre of George Town with Batu Maung at the city's south. This 17.84 km (11.09 mi) expressway stretches along the eastern coast of Penang Island. It was named in honour of Penang's second Chief Minister Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu who died in 2010. There are two sections of the expressway, the Jelutong Expressway and Bayan Lepas Expressway.
