Permata Sapura Tower (or initially known as KLCC Lot 91, Malay: Menara Permata Sapura) is a skyscraper located at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The skyscraper has a height of 252.5 metres (828 feet) with 53 floors. [1] The construction of the skyscraper was completed in 2020 and is currently among the tallest skyscrapers in Malaysia. [2]
Construction of the skyscraper was initially proposed in 2011, when Sapura Resources, a Malaysian property developer, announced a joint-venture with KLCC Property Holdings to develop a plot of land 7,605 m2 (81,860 sq ft) in area. [3] The construction originally involves a complex of a 46-storey skyscraper, a convention centre and retail podiums on a plot of land known as Lot 91. 80 percent of the project was funded by Maybank, Public Bank Berhad and RHB Bank worth RM1.08 billion (US$258.2 million). [4]
Total floor area for the skyscraper is estimated at 110,072.73 m2 (1,184,813.0 sq ft). [5]

Tower I, formerly known as the KLCC East Gate Tower, is a proposed megatall skyscraper project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia situated within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, which was also responsible for the development of the Petronas Twin Towers, is currently developing the building as part of the revised KLCC Development Master Plan 1995. The masterplan was reviewed in 2012 to enhance the development potential of the development's remaining undeveloped parcels.
The Tradewinds Square Tower is a proposed megatall skyscraper located along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building is currently in planning stage with Tradewinds Corporation Berhad as the developer. It will stand at a height of 775 m (2,543 ft) and will have 150 floors. It was expected to be completed in 2022, but construction was halted in 2018.
Vortex Towers, or Vortex Hotel Suites & Residences is a 58-storey, 235 m (771 ft) tall residential skyscraper located at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Construction of the skyscraper began in 2014 and was completed in 2016. The construction project was developed by Monoland Corporation, a Malaysian-based property developer that was previously involved in other skyscraper projects in Penang, notably 8 Gurney. The development consists of 248 apartment units.
