Sahamiyeh (Persian : سهاميه‎, also Romanized as Sahāmīyeh; also known as Nahumīyeh, Sarai, and Sarāy)^[1] is a village in Garmsir Rural District, in the Central District of Ardestan County, Isfahan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 36, in 12 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Garmsir Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ardestan County, Isfahan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,781, in 973 families. The rural district has 26 villages.
