Sam Riggs is an American country music singer-songwriter.
Sam Riggs was born in St. Cloud, Florida. [1] He moved to Austin, Texas in August 2007 when he was 19 years old. [1] He worked in manual labour but also performed his songs in local cafes and bars. [2] Riggs released his first extended play, Hairpin Trigger Heart, in 2010. [1] He met Ray Wylie Hubbard in 2011, who taught him his fingerpicking style. [1] Riggs sold all of his possessions to finance the release of his second extended play, Lighthouse, released in 2012. [3]
Riggs' full-length debut album, Outrun the Sun, was released on October 29, 2013 by Vision Entertainment. [4] The album was released under the moniker Sam Riggs and the Night People. [5] The first two singles reached the top 10 on the Texas Music Chart. [6] The video for the single "When the Lights Go Out" peaked at number one on CMT's fan-voted Pure 12 Pack Countdown. [7] One of the album's songs, "Collide", was featured in the TV show Nashville . [8] The album sold over 10,000 copies [9] and earned him Artist of the Year at the first Texas Magazine Texas Music Awards. [3]
In February 2015, Riggs released "Second Hand Smoke", the first song from his second studio album. [10] The album, Breathless, was released on February 19, 2016. [5] Riggs produced the album with Eric Herbst. [11] It was released on his own record label, Deep Creek Records, and funded by a Kickstarter project. [12] Breathless debuted at number 12 on the Billboard Country Albums chart [13] and number 168 on the Billboard 200, [14] selling 3,800 copies in its first week of release. [15] On February 1, 2019, Sam released his first single of 2019, "Obsessed" and on March 1, 2019, he released his current single, "Until My Heart Stops Beating".
Riggs is currently married and has a son. [16]

Ronald Gene Dunn is an American country music singer-songwriter and record executive. Starting in 2011, Dunn has worked as a solo artist following the temporary dissolution of Brooks & Dunn. He released his self-titled debut album for Arista Nashville on June 7, 2011, reaching the Top 10 with its lead-off single, "Bleed Red". After leaving Arista Nashville in 2012, Dunn founded Little Will-E Records. On April 8, 2014, Ronnie Dunn released his second solo album, Peace, Love, and Country Music through Little Will-E Records. On November 11, 2016, he released his third album Tattooed Heart on NASH Icon label. His fourth album Re-Dunn was released on January 10, 2020.
Lonestar is an American country music group from Texas. The group consists of Drew Womack, Michael Britt, Dean Sams, and Keech Rainwater (drums). Britt, Sams, and Rainwater co-founded the band in 1992 with original lead vocalist Richie McDonald and bass guitarist/vocalist John Rich. Rich exited the band in 1998 and went on to join Big Kenny as one-half of the duo Big & Rich. Since his departure, Lonestar has relied alternatingly on session and touring musicians for bass guitar accompaniment. McDonald exited the band in 2007 to record as a solo artist, and was replaced by former McAlyster vocalist Cody Collins before returning in 2011. McDonald left a second time in 2021 to join The Frontmen, with former Sons of the Desert lead vocalist Drew Womack replacing him.

James Aaron Watson is an American country music singer and songwriter. Active since 1999, Watson has recorded several independent albums in his career. Jessica Rose James Decker is an American country pop singer. At age 15, after auditioning for and being rejected by most of the country labels in Nashville, Tennessee, Decker began working with Carla Wallace of Big Yellow Dog Music. One of her songs attracted the attention of Mercury Records, which offered her a recording contract. She released her debut album, Jessie James, in 2009. A few years later in 2013, she starred with her husband Eric Decker, a wide receiver in the National Football League, in the E! reality show Eric & Jessie: Game On.
Joey + Rory was an American country and bluegrass duo composed of singer-songwriters Rory Feek and Joey Feek, who were husband and wife. Both members of the duo were vocalists and songwriters, with Rory also playing acoustic guitar. Rory Lee Feek had written singles for other artists prior to the duo's foundation. The duo was the third-place finalist on CMT's competition Can You Duet in 2008. Sarah Ellen Jarosz is an American singer-songwriter from Wimberley, Texas. Her second studio album, Follow Me Down, released in 2011, received a Song of the Year nomination from the Americana Music Association's 2012 Honors and Awards. Her third studio album, Build Me Up from Bones, was released on September 24, 2013 through Sugar Hill Records. Build Me Up from Bones was nominated for Best Folk Album at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, and its title track was nominated for Best American Roots Song. In 2016, Jarosz released her fourth studio album, Undercurrent. The album won two Grammy Awards.
Cassadee Blake Pope is an American pop and country singer. She was the lead vocalist and songwriter of the pop rock band Hey Monday, with whom she released one studio album and two EPs. Pope embarked on a solo career in early 2012 and released the EP Cassadee Pope in May 2012. She took part in the 3rd season of The Voice and became the first female winner in December 2012. Her debut solo country album, Frame by Frame, was released in 2013 to a top 10 Billboard 200 charting. It debuted at No. 1 on Top Country Albums, with 43,000 copies sold in its first week.

Midland is an American country music group formed in 2014 in Dripping Springs, Texas. The group members are Mark Wystrach, Jess Carson, and Cameron Duddy. Through Big Machine Records, the band has released two EPs, their self-titled EP and The Last Resort. They have released three studio albums, On the Rocks, Let It Roll and The Last Resort: Greetings From, which have accounted for seven charted singles on the Billboard country chart: "Drinkin' Problem", Burn Out", "Make a Little", "Mr. Lonely", "Cheatin' Songs", "Sunrise Tells the Story" and "Longneck Way to Go".
