Rodel N. de Leon (born March 9, 1992) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the TNT Tropang Giga of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Prior to turning professional, he played for the Cafe France-CEU Bakers of the PBA Developmental League (PBA D-League). [1] He was drafted with the 39th overall pick in the 2015 PBA draft by the Star Hotshots. [2]
De Leon was part of the varsity teams of Far Eastern University from 2010 to 2012, but was relegated to Team B. He never got the chance to play in major collegiate tournaments, until he transferred to Centro Escolar University (CEU) in 2012. [1]
He became one of the main men for the CEU Scorpions of the National Athletic Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (NAASCU), where he was awarded the league MVP in 2014. [3]

Centro Escolar University also referred to by its acronym CEU is a private non-sectarian higher education institution in San Miguel Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 1907 by Librada Avelino and Carmen de Luna as the Centro Escolar de Señoritas. Danilo Ildefonso is a Filipino former professional basketball player. He is currently an assistant coach for both the Converge FiberXers of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and the NU Bulldogs of the UAAP. Nicknamed "Danny I", "The Demolition Man" and "Lakáy", Ildefonso is a two-time PBA Most Valuable Player in 2000 and 2001 and is one of the four players to win the said award on back-to-back seasons, along with Bogs Adornado, Alvin Patrimonio, and June Mar Fajardo. He also one of the few PBA players to have won all three major MVP awards in the league: regular season, finals, and all-star game MVP. The Philippine Basketball Association draft is an annual event dating back to 1985 in which the twelve teams from the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) can draft players who are eligible and wish to join the league. The draft usually takes place between October to December, during the league's off-season. No player may sign with the PBA until he has been eligible for at least one draft. However, foreign player-nationals of Filipino descent are ineligible for both the draft and the league if they are aged 31 years and up.
