The SGH-F700, marketed as the Ultra Smart F700, is a smartphone manufactured by Samsung. Using Vodafone as its network provider, the phone was first introduced at the 3GSM World Congress that was held in February 2007. Sales to the European market started November 2007.
The Samsung SGH-i900, also known as Omnia I or WiTu, is a smartphone created by Samsung Mobile. Announced in June 2008, the Omnia was launched in Singapore in mid-June, available in stores on the 20th of June, and in the rest of Asia in July. For some parts of Europe, it was launched in August. It was made available for the United States in December 2008 through Verizon Wireless and for Canada in April 2009 through Telus Mobility.
The LG Cookie, model no. KP500, or Cyon Cooky (쿠키) in South Korea, is a discontinued touchscreen mobile phone announced on 30 September 2008. LG targeted the entry-level touchscreen market keeping the cost of the Cookie as low as possible by omitting some of the features found on higher-end products, such as 3G. The LG Cookie was highly popular, and is credited for starting the "cheap touchscreen craze".
The Samsung SGH-F480, marketed and branded as Tocco in many English-spoken countries or as Player Style in France, is a touchscreen smartphone announced in February 2008 and released in May 2008 by Samsung Mobile. Taking design cues from its Armani-branded P520, the Tocco was Samsung's third touchscreen smartphone and was the first to come with the TouchWiz user interface. It came in three colours: black, pink, and gold.
The Samsung Behold SGH-T919 is a touch-screen, 3G candybar-style smartphone introduced by Samsung late in 2008. The Behold is one of the first Samsung mobile phones released to have a touch-screen along with the Samsung Omnia, the Samsung Instinct, the Samsung Eternity, and the Samsung Tocco. The Behold is the "American" release of Samsung Tocco, which is only sold in Europe, Asia and Australia so the features and design of both of these phones are similar. Some of the Behold's biggest competitors were Apple's iPhone, T-Mobile G1, LG Dare, Samsung Instinct, and Samsung Eternity. It was only available only to customers of T-Mobile.
