The Samsung Galaxy A05 is a series of Android smartphones created by Samsung Electronics. It was announced on 25 September, 2023. The phones in this series, the Galaxy A05 and the Galaxy A05s, were released on 15 October [5] and 18 October, 2023 [6] respectively. It is part of the Samsung Galaxy A Series.

On March 6, 2024, Samsung released the Samsung Galaxy M14 (not to be confused with Samsung Galaxy M14 5G) which is a similar model to the Samsung Galaxy A05s with different color options and fewer memory configurations. [7] [8] [9]

Hardware

Despite having similar capabilities in terms of performance and hardware, the A05s gains an edge over the A05 by featuring a biometric fingerprint sensor for an alternative phone unlocking type.
