Sangan-e Kuknak (Persian : سنگان كوكناك‎, also Romanized as Sangān-e Kūknāk; also known as Sangān-e Kūgnāk)^[1] is a village in Taftan-e Jonubi Rural District, Nukabad District, Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 206, in 48 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Taftan-e Jonubi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Nukabad District, Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,351, in 1,974 families. The rural district has 62 villages.

Nukabad District is a district (bakhsh) in Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 38,372, in 8,436 families. The District has one city: Nukabad. The District has four rural districts (dehestan): Eskelabad Rural District, Gowhar Kuh Rural District, Nazil Rural District, and Taftan-e Jonubi Rural District.
