Seattle Lutheran High School was a Lutheran high school located in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. It was founded in 1978.
On April 22, 2022 it was announced that Seattle Lutheran would be closing at the end of the 2021–2022 school year. [1]
The school offered seasonal sports at the varsity, and when applicable, the junior varsity, and 'C-team' level. SLHS competed in the Seatac 1B League. Men's basketball filled the winter season, and spring sports included baseball, golf, and track and field. Cheerleading was offered during the fall and winter seasons.
The baseball team won the Washington State Championship in 2010 and 2011. [2]
The Women's Soccer team won the State 2B title in 2010. [3]
Seattle Lutheran participated in FIRST Robotics competitions since 2004 as Team 1258 "Seabot", making it one of the oldest FIRST teams in the region. In 2022 the Team 1258 was the victor of the PNW District Bonney Lake Event and the PNW District Auburn Event. [4]

Dr. Floyd B. Buchanan High School, known as Buchanan High School, is a four-year public high school in Clovis, California, United States. The school is part of the Buchanan Educational Center, which houses approximately 5,000 students at Garfield Elementary School (K-6), Alta Sierra Intermediate School (7-8), and Buchanan High School. The school graduated its first class in the spring of 1995, and is named after CUSD's first district superintendent, Dr. Floyd B. Buchanan, which makes Buchanan High School the only CUSD high school that does not contain "Clovis" in its name.
Waipahu High School is located at 94-1211 Farrington Highway in Waipahu on the island of Oʻahu in the state of Hawaiʻi. Waipahu High School was founded in 1938 under the Session Laws of 1937 and Act 191 of 1938. The first graduates of Waipahu High School were from the class of 1941. The last graduating class from the "termite palace" was the class of 1969. Clarence B. Dyson became principal in 1942. Zachary Sheets became the new principal of the school in August 2022, after former principal Keith Hayashi was appointed as Hawaii Department of Education Superintendent in July 2022. Preceding Hayashi was long-time principal Patricia Pedersen, who retired in July 2009 following the graduation of the Class of 2009 of Waipahu High.

The Cal Lutheran Kingsmen and Regals are the athletic teams that represent California Lutheran University, located in Thousand Oaks, California, in intercollegiate sports as a member of the Division III level of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), primarily competing in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) since the 1991–92 academic year. The Kingsmen and Regals previously competed in the Golden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) 1986–87 to 1988–89; and as an NAIA Independent from 1989–90 to 1990–91.
