Wonosobo Regency is a regency in Central Java province in Indonesia. The administrative centre of the regency is located in the town of Wonosobo, located at 7.3684940°S 109.8983841°E, about 120 km from Semarang on the Dieng Plateau. The regency's area is 984.68 km2 and its population was 754,883 at the 2010 census and 879,124 at the 2020 census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 909,664.
Klaten Regency is a regency in Central Java province in Indonesia. It covers an area of 701.52 km2 and had a population of 1,130,047 at the 2010 Census and 1,260,506 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 1,284,386. Its administrative centre is in the town of the same name; the town extends over 35.85 km2 to encompass three of the regency's districts, with a combined total of 135,681 inhabitants in mid 2023; a fourth district (Kalikotes) is part of its urban area.
Maumere is the administrative seat of the Sikka Regency and the second largest town on Flores Island, Indonesia. Jember is famous for its tobacco farms and traditional food called tape which is made of fermented cassava.

Following the creation of the new Batubara Regency, the regency now covers an area of 3,732.97 square kilometres; it had a population of 668,272 according to the 2010 census and 769,960 in the 2020 Census; the official estimate as of mid-2023 was 802,563. Its administrative centre is now the large town of Kisaran. The Regency surrounds but now does not include the city of Tanjungbalai which was its capital until created an independent city in 1984. The Asahan Sultanate was located in the region.
The Karimun Regency is located in the Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. Besides the central island of Great Karimun, the regency also includes the island of Kundur and over 240 lesser islands. Serdang Bedagai Regency is a regency on the east coast of North Sumatra Province of Indonesia, facing Malaysia, with 95 km of coastline and covering an area of 1,900.22 square kilometres, divided into seventeen districts (kecamatan), in turn subdivided into 243 villages or subdistricts. Its administrative centre is the town of Sei Rampah. The regency surrounds the independent city of Tebing Tinggi, and also contains a district (kecamatan) by the same name. The name “Serdang Bedagai” was derived from the two Sultanates which formerly existed in the Region; they were Serdang Sultanate and Padang Bedagai Sultanate. The population was 592,922 at the 2010 Census, while the 2020 Census produced a total of 657,490; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 682,918.

Meranti Islands is an archipelago, most of which forms a regency (kabupaten) of Riau Province and lies off the eastern coast of the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. It was created on 19 December 2008 by the separating of these large islands from the mainly mainland regency of Bengkalis. The regency comprises the islands of Tebing Tinggi, Rangsang, Padang, and Merbau, together with minor offshore islands, but does not include Bengkalis Island to the north, which is geographically part of the archipelago but remains within Bengkalis Regency. The principal town is Selat Panjang on Tebing Tinggi Island. The regency covers an area of 4,769.53 km2 and had a population of 176,290 at the 2010 Census and 206,116 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as of mid-2023 was 211,611.
Katingan Regency is one of the thirteen regencies which comprise the Central Kalimantan Province on the island of Kalimantan (Borneo), Indonesia. It was created on 10 April 2002 from what were previously the eastern districts of East Kotawaringin Regency. The town of Kasongan is the capital of the Regency, which covers an area of 20,382.26 km2. The population of Katingan Regency was 146,439 at the 2010 Census and 162,222 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 177,106.
West Kotawaringin Regency is one of the thirteen regencies which comprise the Central Kalimantan Province on the island of Kalimantan (Borneo), Indonesia. It originally comprised the whole western part of the province, having been split from a single Kotawaringin Regency on 26 June 1959 into separate regencies for West and East Kotawaringin, but on 10 April 2002 the most westerly districts of West Kotawaringin were split off to form the new Lamandau Regency and Sukamara Regency. The residual West Kotawaringin Regency has a land area of about 10,816.56 km2, and its population was 235,803 at the 2010 Census and 270,388 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 280,812. The large town of Pangkalan Bun in Arut Selatan District is the capital of West Kotawaringin Regency.
Sukamara Regency is one of the thirteen regencies which comprise the Central Kalimantan Province on the island of Kalimantan (Borneo), Indonesia. It was created on 10 April 2002 from the former southwest part of West Kotawaringin Regency. The town of Padang contains the administrative centre of Sukamara Regency, and had a population of 6,555 in mid 2023. The Regency covers an area of 3,827 km2, and had a population of 44,952 at the 2010 Census and 63,464 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 63,039.
Blitar Regency is a regency in East Java, Indonesia. It covers an area of 1,558.79 km2 and had a population of 1,116,639 at the 2010 Census and 1,223,745 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 1,252,242. These figures exclude Blitar city, which is now a separate administrative entity, enclaved within the regency but completely independent from it. Since 2010, the regency's capital has been located in the town of Kanigoro, after sharing the same capital with Blitar city for more than a century.
Tuban Regency is a regency in the East Java province of Indonesia. The Dutch name of the regency is 'Toeban'. It covers a land area of 1,839.94 sq. km, and had a population of 1,118,464 at the 2010 Census and 1,198,012 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as of mid-2023 was 1,258,368. The administrative centre is the coastal town of Tuban.
The Thousand Islands are a chain of islands to the north of Jakarta's coast. It forms the only regency of Special Capital Region of Jakarta, the metropolitan province of Indonesia. It consists of a string of 342 islands stretching 45 km (28 mi) north into the Java Sea at West Jakarta Bay and in fact are located to the north of Banten Province. Pramuka Island is the regency seat. The islands, along with North Jakarta City, are the only administrative divisions of Jakarta Special Capital Region with a coastline.
