Seoul Air Base( IATA : SSN, ICAO : RKSM) (sometimes K-16 Air Base, Seoul Airport or Seongnam Air Base) is located in Seongnam city near Seoul in South Korea. Runway 19 and 20 are equipped with an ILS.
It was constructed when Korea was under Japanese rule when it was known as Yeouido Air Base. (Korean: 여의도 비행장)
The USAF designated the Yeouido air base as K-16 during the Korean War.

Yeouido Air Base was closed in 1970, moved garrison to current Sinchon-ri, and named it Seoul Air Base.
The base is home to the ROKAF 15th Special Missions Wing.
The US Army's 2nd Battalion (Assault), 2nd Aviation Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division operating Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawks is based there.
The Seoul ADEX is held biennially in this airfield.
The base is used as a VIP airfield by the President of Republic of Korea and other VIPs and heads of state.
On the survey conducted by Sisain Press, 86% of military pilots and air traffic controllers opposed the construction of a Lotte World Tower because of a safety hazard. They were concerned that it would interfere with the flight path. President Lee Myeong Bak (2008–2012) got the green light for a 555 meter tall skyscraper after rebuilding the airfield to deviate from the 123-story tower in Jamsil, Seoul. The building now operates as Lotte World Tower, the tallest building in any OECD country. [4]
Gimpo International Airport, sometimes referred to as Seoul–Gimpo International Airport but formerly rendered in English as Kimpo International Airport, is located in the far western end of Seoul, some 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of the central district of Seoul.

Naval Air Station Fallon or NAS Fallon is the United States Navy's premier air-to-air and air-to-ground training facility. It is located southeast of the city of Fallon, east of Reno in western Nevada. Since 1996, it has been home to the U.S. Navy-Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) taking over from the former NAS Miramar, California, and the surrounding area contains 240,000 acres (97,000 ha) of bombing and electronic warfare ranges. It is also home to the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC), which includes TOPGUN, the Carrier Airborne Early Warning Weapons School (CAEWWS) and the Navy Rotary Wing Weapons School. Navy SEAL Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) training also takes place there.

Camp Walker is a U.S. military base in Daegu, South Korea. Camp Walker was named in 1951 after General Walton Walker, commander of the Eighth Army who was killed in a jeep crash in December 1950 during the Korean War. Camp Walker, Camp Henry, and Camp George are the three U.S. military bases in Daegu, part of the U.S. Army Garrison Daegu. Camp Walker spans 94 acres (0.38 km2) and contains military family housing for about 360 military and civilian families. Also on Camp Walker are Daegu Middle High School, a DoDEA school serving 6th to 12th graders; the main Exchange and DeCA Commissary; the Camp Walker Army Lodge; the Evergreen Golf Course; Kelly Gym and Athletic Field; and several Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) clubs.
Nha Trang Airport was a French Air Force, Republic of Vietnam Air Force (RVNAF), United States Air Force (USAF) and Vietnam People's Air Force (VPAF) (Khong Quan Nhan Dan Viet Nam) military airfield used during the Vietnam War. It is located on the southern edge of Nha Trang in Khánh Hòa Province.
