Gwangju Airport( IATA :KWJ, ICAO :RKJJ) is an airport in Gwangju,South Korea and is managed by the Korea Airports Corporation. In 2018,1,986,125 passengers used the airport. This airport is planned to close when Muan International Airport becomes more established. Because Gwangju Airport is sharing with military,taking photograph or video of apron,runway and military facility is strictly prohibited.
The airport was established in November 1948. It saw its first commercial flight in 1950. At the time,however,it was not located in Gwangju but in neighboring Jangseong,on a military training facility. The airport moved to its present location in Sinchon-dong,Gwangsan District,in 1964. It was taken over by the Korea Airports Corporation in 1990. The current airport terminal was built in 1994,at which time the old terminal was repurposed as a Cargo terminal.

Gimhae International Airport is located on the western end of Busan, South Korea. Opened in 1976, the airport is named after the nearby city of Gimhae. A new international terminal opened on October 31, 2007. Gimhae International Airport is the main hub for Air Busan, and a focus city for Jeju Air, Jin Air and Korean Air. Runway 18L/36R is used for military purposes only for Gimhae Air Base, but due to increasing traffic, there are plans to open the runway for airliners. In 2018, 17,064,613 passengers used the airport.

Kipling is the western terminus station of Line 2 Bloor–Danforth of the Toronto subway system. Gwangju Metro Line 1 is a rapid transit line in Gwangju, South Korea, operated by the Gwangju Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation. It connects Nokdong station in Dong-gu at its eastern terminus to Pyeongdong station in Gwangsan-gu in the west, via the central business district and Gwangju Airport. On maps, it is designated by teal.
The Mugunghwa-ho (Korean: 무궁화호) is a class of train operated by Korail, the main railway operator of South Korea. Mugunghwa trains are Korail's slowest tier of trains stopping at a number of towns and villages, and operating over a number of lines that are not served by other trains. Journey times are generally twice that of KTX trains and 25% longer than ITX express trains.
FlyAway is an airport shuttle service which transports passengers non-stop to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Currently, service is offered between LAX and a bus terminal near Van Nuys Airport or Los Angeles Union Station. The FlyAway service is managed by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), which also operates LAX and Van Nuys Airport. Buses are owned and operated by third-party contractors. FlyAway is part of the LAWA ground transportation initiative to reduce traffic congestion and vehicle emissions pollutants by encouraging high-occupancy vehicle ridership.
Wonju Airport is an airport in Hoengseong County, Gangwon, South Korea. During the Korean War it was designated K-46 by the United States Air Force. In 2011, 70,943 passengers used the airport, which is mainly for military use.
The Honam high-speed railway, also known as Honam HSR, is a high-speed rail between Osong and Mokpo in South Korea. The line is a part of Korail's Korea Train Express (KTX) system, accelerating Seoul–Mokpo and Seoul–Gwangju KTX high-speed services which currently use the existing conventional Honam Line. On April 1, 2015, the line was inaugurated by the South Korean President Park Geun-hye with the attendance of 1200 invited guests and members of the public at Gwangju Songjeong Station in Gwangju, the line's terminus. The line diverges from Osong station on the Gyeongbu high-speed railway, and stops at Gongju, Iksan, Jeongeup Stations. Journey times between Seoul and Gwangju has been cut from 2 h 40 min to just 90 min, making daily commuting possible. The Honam HSR is intended to bring business, and economic opportunities to the province of Jeollanam-do, which has seen slower development than other parts of South Korea. The line has been open to the public since April 2, 2015 for revenue service.

Gwangju Metro is the rapid transit system of Gwangju, South Korea, operated by the Gwangju Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation. The subway network first opened in 2004 with 14 stations. The Gwangju Metro consists of one line, serving 20 operational stations, and operating on 20.1 kilometres (12.5 mi) of route. It crosses both of the major rivers in Gwangju, the Yeongsan River and the Hwangryong River. Most of the system is underground, except for the sections between Sotae-Nokdong and Pyeongdong-Dosan.
