Sepia angulata is a species of cuttlefish native to the southeastern Atlantic Ocean, from Bloubergstrand ( 33°48′S18°27′E / 33.800°S 18.450°E ) to Still Bay ( 34°23′S21°25′E / 34.383°S 21.417°E ). It is known only from cuttlebones. [3] The validity of S. angulata has been questioned. [4]
Cuttlebones of this species are up to 75 mm in length. [3]
The type specimen was collected near Bloubergstrand, South Africa ( 33°48′S18°27′E / 33.800°S 18.450°E ) and is deposited at the South African Museum. [4]
