Sinivie Boltic (born 2 July 1982 in Famgbe, Nigeria) is a Nigerian wrestler who competed in the freestyle 96 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. [1] He was the flag bearer of Nigeria during the opening ceremony. [2]
The Commonwealth Games is a quadrennial international multi-sport event among athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations, which consists mostly, but not exclusively, of territories of the former British Empire. Widely considered one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, López is a five-time Olympic gold medalist, five-time World Champion, for a total of 10 world gold medals, and a five-time Pan American Games champion. He is the younger brother of Michel López Núñez, a Cuban amateur boxer. López was Cuba's flag bearer at the opening ceremony of the 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics, and one of the country's flag bearers at the closing ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics.
David Anthony Aspin is a wrestler from Waiuku, New Zealand. He competed in the freestyle wrestling discipline, where he was the 1974 Commonwealth Games champion and 1970 Commonwealth Games bronze medalist, in the middleweight category. He was also New Zealand's flag bearer at the opening ceremonies of the 1972 Summer Olympics, in Munich, and at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. Aspin and Arthur Porritt are the only New Zealand Olympians to have carried the flag at two different Olympics.
Annabelle Laure Ali is a female freestyle wrestler from Cameroon. She participated in the Women's Freestyle 72 kg event at the 2008 Summer Olympics, where she lost in the 1/8 final to Agnieszka Wieszczek. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she lost to Stanka Zlateva in the quarterfinals. As Zlateva proceeded to the final, Ali was part of the bronze medal repechage, where she lost to Vasilisa Marzaliuk. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she was also the Cameroonian flag-bearer at the opening ceremony.

The Chadian delegation included track and field athlete Hinikissia Ndikert and judoka Carine Ngarlemdana. Ngarlemdana was the flag bearer for the opening ceremony and Ndikert was the flag bearer for the closing ceremony. Neither of Chad's athletes progressed beyond the first round of their events. Chad was one of only two countries to have a female-only team at the 2012 games.

Dominic Dugasse is a Seychellois judoka who competed in the -100 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he lost in the first round of the event to Henk Grol of the Netherlands. He was the flag bearer for the Seychelles during the 2012 Summer Olympics opening ceremony.
Kineke Alicia Alexander is a Vincentian sprinter who competed in the 400m event at the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics. She was the flag bearer for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at the 2008 opening ceremony and the 2012 opening ceremony. She was also the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines flagbearer at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
The Maldives competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 5 to 21 August 2016. This was the nation's eighth consecutive appearance at the Summer Olympics. The delegation included two track and field athletes: Hassan Saaid and Afa Ismail, as well as swimmers Ibrahim Nishwan and Aminath Shajan.
