Belenois raffrayi, or Raffray's white, is a butterfly in the family Pieridae. It is found in Ethiopia, Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania. The habitat consists of montane forests and open grassland.
Carinophloeus is a genus of beetles in the family Laemophloeidae consisting of only two obscure, uncommonly collected species. Carinophloeus is one of only two laemophloeid genera having the middle coxal cavities closed by the meso- and metasternum. The species are small, flattened brownish beetles with abundant pubescence composed of thick, reclinate setae, and carinate pronotum and elytra. The type species of the genus, Carinophloeus raffrayi, is the only laemophloeid currently known with antennal grooves; C. zairensis has antennae of only 10 antennomeres.
Calosoma raffrayi is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily of Carabinae. It was described by Fairmaire in 1883.
Rhyzodiastes raffrayi is a species of ground beetle in the subfamily Rhysodinae. It was described by Antoine Henri Grouvelle in 1895. It is known from the holotype collected on Halmahera, in the Maluku Islands of Indonesia. The holotype measures 5.3 mm (0.21 in) in length.
