Soundararajan is an Indian cinematographer who has worked in the Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam film industries.
Soundar Rajan was born in Uthiramerur, Tamil Nadu to Saranathan and Chandra. His childhood days were spent in Kancheepuram. He graduated with Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications from Loyola College.
Soundar Rajan completed a degree in Visual Communications at Loyola College, Chennai before approaching P. C. Sreeram for work experience. Sreeram recommended him to K. V. Anand, who accepted him as an assistant, and they subsequently worked on films including Nerukku Ner (1997), Mudhalvan (1999) and Josh (2000), before continuing as an apprentice till Khakee (2004). Soundar Rajan made his debut as a lead cinematographer with Sukran (2005), before going on to work on Kana Kandaen (2005), directed by his mentor K. V. Anand. [1] He was also given an opportunity by director Shankar to shoot Chimbu Deven's Arai En 305-il Kadavul (2008). [2]
He is an acclaimed ad film cinematographer with more than 3000 ad films to his credit. He has since worked on Telugu films including the fantasy film, Anaganaga O Dheerudu (2011), where he worked extensively on visual effects for the first time. Soundar Rajan also then continued work on Tamil films including a collaboration with Anand again in Maattrraan (2012), where Suriya portrayed conjoined twins and the crew used up to five different techniques to get the desired illusion on screen. [3] He also won critical acclaim for his work in the bilingual Vaayai Moodi Pesavum (2014) for his depiction of a fictional hill town. [4] [5] In 2017, he won critical acclaim for his work in Lakshman's action film Bogan . [6]
Soundar Rajan married Anusha on 11 December 2005. They have two children Advaith Soundar (Born 2008 December 22) and Nikita Soundar(Born 2006 September 29)

Madhoo Shah, also known formerly as Madhubala, is an Indian actress known for her works predominantly in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada language films. She was a part of Movies like Phool Aur Kaante (1991), Roja (1992), Allari Priyudu (1992), Yodha (1992), and Gentleman (1993).
P. C. Sreeram ISC is an Indian cinematographer and film director who works in Indian films. He is also the president of Qube Cinemas, a digital cinema technology company. He is an alumnus of the Madras Film Institute. Apart from his work as a cinematographer, Sreeram was much appreciated for his directorial venture Kuruthipunal. The film was internationally acclaimed and was submitted by India as its official entry to the Oscars in 1996. Sreeram is known for his association with Bharathan, Mani Ratnam, R Balki, Vikram Kumar, and received critical acclaim for his work in films such as Thevar Magan, Mouna Ragam, Nayakan, Cheeni Kum, Agni Natchathiram, Paa, Geethanjali, Alaipayuthey, I, Pad Man, O Kadhal Kanmani, Thiruda Thiruda, Ishq, and Remo. He has worked as a cinematographer in over 30 films spanning across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi language, besides directing three films and a few TV commercials in Chennai and Mumbai. He is also one of the founding members of Indian Society of Cinematographers (ISC).
Kuruthipunal is a 1995 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed and filmed by P. C. Sreeram, and co-produced and written by Kamal Haasan. The film, which stars Haasan, Arjun, Nassar, Gautami and Geetha, is a remake of the Hindi film Drohkaal (1994), and revolves around two police officers seeking to curb a terrorist group.
Karimanal Venkatesan Anand was an Indian cinematographer, film director and photojournalist, worked mainly in the Tamil film industry. After a short period as a journalist, he became a cinematographer in the early 1990s, working on about fifteen films in the Southern and Hindi cinema industries. Anand won the National Film Award for Best Cinematography for his debut film as a cinematographer, Thenmavin Kombath. In 2005, Anand turned film director with the critically acclaimed Kana Kandaen. He was a founding member of the Indian Society of Cinematographers (ISC).
Vijay C. Kumar is an Indian cinematographer, who works in the Telugu cinema. He won the Nandi Award for Best Cinematographer for the film Godavari (2006). He is the son of cinematographer C. Nageshwara Rao. Vijay Kumar's work is most noted for innovative use of lighting, subject specific visualization, use of natural colors on screen, Tele-focus shots, balancing the depth of focus between the subject and objects and many more techniques. Some of his films in Telugu cinema are Vivaha Bhojanambu, Ammoru, Agraham, Dollar Dreams, Anand and Happy Days.

Balaji Mohan is an Indian filmmaker and actor in Tamil-language films. After discontinuing his engineering studies to pursue his passion and become a director, he enrolled at a film academy and attended courses and workshops, besides participating in short film contests. After shooting more than half-a-dozen short films, he directed his first full-length film romantic comedy Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi based on one of his own short films.

Vaayai Moodi Pesavum is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language satirical romantic comedy film directed by Balaji Mohan. Produced by Varun Manian and S. Sashikanth under their respective production houses, Radiance Media Group and YNOT Studios, the film stars Dulquer Salmaan, in his maiden Tamil film, with Nazriya Nazim as female lead role while Madhoo, appearing in prominent role. It was filmed simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam, the latter being titled as Samsaaram Aarogyathinu Haanikaram with a slightly changed supporting cast.
