Soundtek is one of the famous old record label companies in Bangladesh, which produces Cassettes, CDs, VCDs and DVDs. Soundtek is one of the premier record labels in Bangladesh. [1] [2] [3] [4] The owner of the company is Sultan Mahmud.

In 1992, Soundtek was established by Sultan Mahmud. [5] [6] [7] Soundtek YouTube channel crossed 1 million subscribers within just 1 year. The company has published over 1500 albums since 1992. [8]

Shikari is a 2016 Bangladesh-India joint venture Action thriller film directed by Joydip Mukherjee and Zakir Hossain Simanto. Produced by Abdul Aziz and Himanshu Dhanuka under the Jaaz Multimedia and Eskay Movies banners and it stars Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan, Srabanti Chatterjee, Rahul Dev and Sabyasachi Chakrabarty in pivotal roles and centers around Khan, a disguised professional assassin with mysterious past, tasked with assassinating a top government official. Misha Sawdagor, Fakhrul Bashar Masum, Saberi Alam, Don and others played supporting roles. It is produced by Enamul Haque Arman under the banner of Desh Bangla Multimedia. Nagorik is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language privately owned satellite and cable television channel owned by Jadoo Media Limited, and is based in Khilkhet, Dhaka. It began operations on 1 March 2018, with the slogan, "Television Noy, Somporko". Nagorik claims that they do not compete with local Bangladeshi television channels, and instead compete with foreign television channels by working with the local ones.

"Ore Neel Doriya Amay De Re De Chhariya" is a Bengali film song from 1978 released Bangladeshi movie Sareng Bou. The song is penned by Mukul Chowdhury and is considered as one of the evergreen compositions of Bangladeshi Music. Originally composed and produced by Alam Khan and recorded on Abdul Jabbar's voice. The song is filmed on a theme where a sailor man's wife is dreaming about her husband's home coming. Farooque has acted as sailor captain in this film, who carry out the song. This film's director Abdullah Al Mamun has filmed this song's opening on a running train, second verses on a Bangladeshi Sampan and filming of the final verses has taken place on a human trail.

Sabbir Nasir is a Bangladeshi singer, composer, songwriter. He works on folk fusion, indie pop and blues music. He started performing on stage at the age of 16. He was the vocalist and the lead guitarist of different bands. His last band, Metamorphosis published their first and last album in 1998. Since 1998 till 2018, Sabbir was out of the musical scene. He started singing again in 2018 at the studios and on stages and some of his folk and Blues songs became very much popular among Bangladeshi and Indian Audience. Some of his top Folk singles are "Binodini Rai" which is a duet song, sung along with Sampa Biswas from India, "Amare Dia Dilam Tomare", "Tumi Dome Dom" etc. He got CJFB Award in 2020 for his Single "Horsho". He was recognized with Safekeeper Channel i Digital Award in 2021 for his song "Amare Dia Dilam Tomare".In 2021, for his single "Adha" he won the bronze award in the Male singer category at the Global Music Awards program, organised by a California-based organisation. His first English single "Drowning" was featured in various international magazines.
