Sport Relief 2014 is a fundraising event organised by Sport Relief. A number of run-up events took place and the main event consisted of a live telethon broadcast on BBC One and BBC Two from the evening of Friday 21 March 2014 to early the following morning. Due to the closure of BBC Television Centre, the live studio event is now broadcast from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.

The live telethon was broadcast on BBC One and BBC Two from the evening of Friday 21 March 2014 to early the following morning as well as a number of run-up events and was presented by Gary Lineker, Davina McCall, David Walliams, Claudia Winkleman, Jack Whitehall, Fearne Cotton, Clare Balding and Gabby Logan. Red Nose Day 2017 was a fund-raising event organised by Comic Relief, broadcast live on BBC One, BBC Two, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Seven Network, ITV2, ITV3, ITV4 and ITVBe from the evening of 24 March 2017 to early the following morning. This 2017 edition of Red Nose Day was part of the "Make Your Laugh Matter" campaign. It was held on Friday 24 March till Saturday 25 March 2017 from 7:00 pm to 2:30 am on BBC One.

Red Nose Day 2019 was a fundraising event organised by Comic Relief, broadcast live from BBC Elstree Centre on BBC One, BBC Two, ITV channels, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky One and Sky Two from the evening of 15 March 2019 to early the following morning. The event was broadcast from 7:00 pm to 2:30 am, and raised £63,548,668 for charity.

<i>The Big Night In</i> 2020 UK telethon for COVID-19 pandemic

The Big Night In was a British telethon that was broadcast by BBC One from 7 pm to 10 pm on 23 April 2020 to support those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is the first joint initiative between two BBC telethon charities, Children in Need and Comic Relief. By the end of the programme, over £27.3 million had been raised. The British government promised to match all public donations if the minimum of £20 million was reached.
