Step Up is the first compilation album from the Australian indie pop band Angelas Dish, released through Boomtown Records Shock Distribution on 24 January 2009. [1]
In January 2009 it was announced that Angelas Dish's former record label, Boomtown Records, would be releasing the retrospective CD including the band's older material. The album features 18 tracks, incorporating the three out of print releases from before their debut album, the Lie Die , My Body Is an Ashtray and self-titled EPs, along with two previously unreleased tracks. Disturbed is an American heavy metal band from Chicago, formed in 1994. The band includes guitarist Dan Donegan, drummer Mike Wengren, lead vocalist David Draiman and bassist John Moyer. Dominick Martin, better known by his stage name Calibre, is a Northern Irish drum and bass music producer and DJ from Belfast. He is highly regarded for his influence on the liquid funk style of drum and bass, which was partially named after his distinct production style. Angelas Dish is an Australian indie pop band from the Central Coast of New South Wales, formed in 2003. The four-piece currently consists of songwriting duo, brothers Michael and Joshua Harris, teamed up with bassist Peter Clarke, and drummer Christopher Allison. Michael Harris is the lead singer and most experienced musician of the group. There has been ongoing tension between the brothers, as Joshua has often lived in the shadow of his older sibling, as a result, Joshua Harris has made several solo albums.
My Body Is an Ashtray is the third EP by Australian indie pop band Angelas Dish. The EP was released in July 2006, through Boomtown Records, and it peaked at number 94 on the ARIA singles chart; becoming the band's first charting release.

An Evening at Elmwood were an Australian post-hardcore band from Perth, Western Australia formed in January 2007. The band's most notable line-up consisted of Steve Caniglia (vocals), Jamie Calabrese, Michael Chewter, John Horner (bass), Colyn Prater (guitar) and Ben Broadley (guitar). An Evening at Elmwood released a demo and 2 Independent Releases, An Evening at Elmwood (demo), released in 2007, Can You Keep A Secret in 2007 which propelled the band to the top unsigned artist on Myspace Music for 7 consecutive months, and Learn To Breathe in 2008 which was released shortly before disbanding. The band were known for energetic, explosive performances in addition to humorous antics on and off the stage.
