Stig Westergaard

Stig Westergaard (born 16 September 1963 in Esbjerg) is a Danish Olympic sailor in the Finn and Soling classes. Westergaard competed in the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics. [1]

He has twice sailed the Volvo Ocean Race; in 2001–02 on Djuice Dragons and in 2008–09 on Kosatka .

He is the brother of Bjørn Westergaard. [1] His son Magnus Westergaard is a professional footballer. [2]

DBU Copenhagen is the local governing body for association football and futsal in Copenhagen, Denmark. They are responsible for the governance and development of men's and women's football at all levels in the region. DBU Copenhagen is a member of the union of local football associations, DBU Bredde, under the Danish Football Association (DBU) and the National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark (DIF). The headquarters is located at the Svanemølleanlægget at Østerbro after previously having their residence at the national football stadium. Steen Steensen Blicher was a Danish amateur association football player in the defender position, who competed with the Denmark national football team at the 1920 Summer Olympics. Born in Copenhagen, he played his club football with Kjøbenhavns Boldklub, winning the Danish championship in 1917, 1918, 1922, and 1925. He made his national team debut in October 1918, and played 27 games and scored five goals until June 1929. He died on 1 August 1965, while living at Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.

The stadium has a capacity of 6,000, of which 600 is seated.

It is also home to Kjøbenhavns Boldklub (KB), a parent club to FC Copenhagen, and the latter also use the stadium as a training ground.
